【正文】 學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 課 題 名 稱(chēng) : 連桿的機(jī)械加工工藝及夾具設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 生 姓 名 : 學(xué) 號(hào) : 院系、 專(zhuān)業(yè) : 指 導(dǎo) 老 師 : 2021 年 12 月 28 日 內(nèi)容摘要 連桿是柴油機(jī)的主要傳動(dòng)件之一,本文論述了連桿的加工工藝及其夾具的設(shè)計(jì)。連桿的尺寸精度、形狀精度以及位置精度的要求都很高,而連桿的剛性比較差,容易產(chǎn)生變形,因此在安排工藝過(guò)程時(shí),就需要把各主要表面的粗精加工工序分開(kāi)。逐步減少加工余量、切削力及內(nèi)應(yīng)力的作用,并修正加工后的變形,就能最后達(dá)到零件的技術(shù)要求。 機(jī)械加工工藝是企業(yè)上品種、上水平、加速產(chǎn)品更新,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的技術(shù)保障。然而夾具有事制造系統(tǒng)的重要部分,工藝對(duì)夾 具的要求也會(huì)提高,專(zhuān)用夾具、成組夾具、組合夾具和隨行夾具都朝著柔性化、自動(dòng)化、標(biāo)注化、通用化和高效化方向發(fā)展以滿(mǎn)足加工要求。所以對(duì)機(jī)械的加工工藝及夾具設(shè)計(jì)具有十分重要的意義。 關(guān)鍵詞: 連桿 加工工藝 夾具設(shè)計(jì) 新鄉(xiāng)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) II Abstract Author: Guo qianqian Tutor:Li ling Connecting rod is one of the main transmission parts of diesel engine, this paper discusses the processing technology of connecting rod and the design of fixture.
