河海大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 絞吸式挖泥船定位樁液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 絞吸式挖泥船經(jīng)過一百多年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為挖泥船王國中所占比例最大的船型。絞吸式挖泥船的工作原理 :利用機(jī)械式的挖泥刀具將疏俊區(qū)底部的泥土絞碎,通過船上離心泥泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的真空將挖掘的泥漿經(jīng)吸入管吸入、提升再通過船上排泥管排出的過程。由于絞吸式挖泥船能夠?qū)⑼诰?、輸送、排出和處理泥漿等疏浚工序一次完成,能夠在施工中連續(xù)作業(yè)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),目前,絞吸式挖泥船被廣泛應(yīng)用于港口、航道的疏浚和陸地吹填工程。它是 一種高技術(shù)含量船型, 定位樁系統(tǒng)是絞吸挖泥船的主要系統(tǒng)之一,結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,技術(shù)含量高 ,存在大量的設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和難 點(diǎn)。 本文主要介紹了 “天獅號(hào)”絞吸挖泥船 主要參數(shù) ,絞吸式挖泥船的工作原理和定位樁工作原理。本設(shè)計(jì)的主要特點(diǎn)是:挖泥船 操作容易,同時(shí)還減少了誤操作的可能性,提高了系統(tǒng)的安全性;減少了閥件總數(shù),系統(tǒng)布置得到了簡化,非常有利于系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行中總效率的提高,能耗降低,也減少了若干設(shè)備投資的費(fèi)用;有利于減少系統(tǒng)的故障發(fā)生率、減少檢測(cè)維修等非作業(yè)時(shí)間,提高了實(shí)際工作的時(shí)效。本設(shè)計(jì)詳細(xì)的闡述了 該定位樁 液壓系統(tǒng)及 各類液壓 元件的 計(jì)算選擇 , 以及系統(tǒng)的驗(yàn)算過程。 關(guān)鍵詞:絞吸式挖泥船;定位樁;液壓系統(tǒng) 河海大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 絞吸式挖泥船定位樁液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) ABSTRACT The cutter suction dredger after 100 years of development, has bee the largest dredger of the Kingdom of the proportion of the ship.
