內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué) 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 題 目: 設(shè)計年產(chǎn)量 100 萬噸的軌梁廠 (以包頭地區(qū)為條件,φ 100、 37Mn5 圓鋼為典型產(chǎn)品,占年產(chǎn)量 10%) 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué) 號: 專 業(yè): 班 級: 指導(dǎo)教師: I 設(shè)計年產(chǎn)量 100 萬噸的軌梁廠 (以 37Mn5 圓鋼φ 100 為典型產(chǎn)品 ) 摘 要 本設(shè)計以包頭地區(qū)為 條件 ,設(shè)計年產(chǎn)量為 100 萬噸的 軌梁廠 , 通過詳細地分析目前型鋼發(fā)展概況和建廠的必要性和可行性,說明在包頭西北部建廠是完全必要和可行的,并制定了 10 個產(chǎn)品方案和金屬平衡表。其產(chǎn)品種類包括:方鋼、圓鋼、角鋼、工字鋼、槽鋼、扁鋼、重軌等。 本設(shè)計以 37Mn5 圓鋼(原料規(guī)格 300179。 300)為典型產(chǎn)品(成品規(guī)格:φ 100),設(shè)計具體的內(nèi)容包括:建廠的必要性和可行性分析、生產(chǎn)工藝流程的確定、合理的孔型系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、軋制力能參數(shù)計算,同時核定了軋機小時產(chǎn)量和車間年產(chǎn)量,車間主軋機輔助設(shè)備的選擇,規(guī)劃了合理的車間平面布置,明確了各項經(jīng)濟技術(shù)指標, 其中設(shè)計的重點內(nèi)容是:生產(chǎn)工藝流程的制定、孔型系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和軋制力能參數(shù)計算。最終結(jié)合設(shè)計及計算結(jié)果同時參照包鋼經(jīng)驗數(shù)據(jù)繪制了車間平面布置圖 關(guān)鍵詞: 型鋼 ; 37Mn 圓鋼;軋制工藝;孔型設(shè)計 II Design of rail beam plant with annual output of 1 million tons (37Mn5 bar 100 for a typical product) Abstract This design a rail beam plant with annual output of 1 million tons in Baotou religion .Through detailed analysis of the current steel constuction and development of the necessity and feasibility of Baotou in northwest ,buildin g factories is absolutely necessary and feasible,and develop the product plans and balance sheet of the metal of 11 products. Many kinds of seamless pipes are manufactured for square steel , round bar steel , angle steel , Isteel , Usteel , flat steel , heavy rail etc. The typical product is 37Mn5 bar (raw materical specifications: 300179。300,finished product specifications:100),the content of this design involve:development introduction of the setionsteel,the necessity and feasibility analysis of the construction,the plans of the manufacturing process, reasonable roll pass system design,calculation of rolling mechanical parameters,and check the houroutput of the mill and annual output of the workshop,select subsidiary equipment of the workshop,plan a reasonable plane workshop layout,define the various economic and technical key content of this design are:deciding the process of the manufcturing,designing the roll pass system and calculating the rolling mechanical draw out the plane layout of the workshop according to the calculation of the results and the experience of the Baogang steel pany.
