【正文】 鹽城 工業(yè) 職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 20xx 屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 題 目 錯(cuò)位紡對(duì)成紗性能的影響 專 業(yè) 現(xiàn)代紡織技術(shù) 學(xué) 號(hào) 姓 名 指導(dǎo)老師 交稿日期 錯(cuò)位紡對(duì) 成紗性能的影響 摘要 I 摘 要 目前我國主要的紡紗方式 是 環(huán)錠紡，但環(huán)錠紗的結(jié)構(gòu)和質(zhì)量不怎么理 想 ，毛羽也較多，因此，這些方面的研究在不斷進(jìn)行。 位移紡 是 將離開前羅拉的紗線不接在對(duì)應(yīng)的錠子，而是放在鄰位錠子進(jìn)行紡紗的方 ,使紡紗三角形態(tài)發(fā)生偏移 ， 從而改變了須條內(nèi)纖維的張力分布和轉(zhuǎn)移運(yùn)動(dòng) ， 進(jìn)而改善成紗結(jié)構(gòu)和毛羽的一種紡紗方式 。 為了研究錯(cuò)位紡 紗 對(duì)紗線質(zhì)量的影響 ， 小組探討了錯(cuò)位紡紗的方向 對(duì) 成紗質(zhì)量的影響及其機(jī)理進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究 。通過強(qiáng)力、條干、毛羽 、捻度等性能 指標(biāo) 測(cè)試， 分析了 錯(cuò)位紡紗與傳統(tǒng)的環(huán)錠紡的各自特點(diǎn)，進(jìn)行對(duì)比并得出試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。 結(jié)果表明采用 錯(cuò)位紡紗對(duì)成紗斷裂強(qiáng)度和成紗條干有不同程度的 影響 ， 一定程度上減少了毛羽。 本設(shè)計(jì)介紹了 環(huán)錠紡和 錯(cuò)位紡 所紡出的紗線，進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)試、性能對(duì)比，得出錯(cuò)位紡紗 對(duì)成紗性能的 影響 結(jié)果 。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 錯(cuò)位紡紗 。紡紗三角區(qū) 。毛羽 。條干 。強(qiáng)力 ； 作者： 導(dǎo)師： 錯(cuò)位紡對(duì)成紗性能的影響 Abstract II Abstract At present, the main way of spinning ring spun, but the quality of ring spun yarn structure and not very rational, or more hairiness, and therefore, the research in the ongoing. In order to study the effect of mismatch spinning on yarn quality, team discussed the mismatch spinning in the direction of the influence on yarn quality and its mechanism were studied. Article through strength, dry, hairiness, twist, such as performance test, analyses the dislocation of spinning and traditional ring spinning frame of their own characteristics.
