【正文】 蘭州交通大學(xué)博文學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 電機(jī)線圈模壓機(jī)設(shè)計(jì) 機(jī)電工程系 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 趙旭鵬 20xx2143 郭 寧 20xx 5 30 蘭州交通大學(xué)博文學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) I 摘 要 電 機(jī)作為基礎(chǔ)動(dòng)力設(shè)備,近年保 持穩(wěn)定快速增長,近年來的多項(xiàng)政策和產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃,使得電機(jī)向節(jié)能方向加快發(fā)展。隨著工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,電機(jī)得到廣泛應(yīng)用。電機(jī)制造中,使用非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)備的數(shù)量相當(dāng)多,所需的非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工藝裝備也比較多。電機(jī)線圈模壓機(jī)是為了生產(chǎn)大中型高壓電機(jī)船型線圈所設(shè)計(jì)的電機(jī)線圈熱壓成型裝備。目前模壓機(jī)設(shè)備生產(chǎn)廠家的模壓機(jī)已基本成型,為了改善模壓機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)性能以及其適用范圍,本文對電機(jī)線圈模壓機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),使其適用范圍更廣 ,結(jié)構(gòu)更加合理。設(shè)計(jì)主要結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的設(shè)計(jì)理念,在符合設(shè)計(jì)要求的前提下,設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)模壓機(jī)支架采用角鋼焊接框架、鋼板焊接的兩門箱式結(jié)構(gòu)。模壓機(jī)通過蝸輪蝸桿調(diào)節(jié)線圈角度,通過絲杠調(diào)節(jié)線圈寬度,能滿足大部分線圈的生產(chǎn)需求。設(shè)計(jì)中使用了 Auto CAD SolidWorks 等工程制圖軟件。 關(guān)鍵詞: 電機(jī)線圈 模壓機(jī) 蝸輪蝸桿 絲杠傳動(dòng) 軸 受力分析蘭州交通大學(xué)博文學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) II Abstract Motor as the power equipment foundation, in recent years to maintain steady and rapid growth in recent years, a number of policy and industrial planning, accelerate the development of the motor to the direction of energy saving.
