I 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 橋式起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì) II 摘要 : 建國以來,我國起重機(jī)械行業(yè)在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)和科學(xué)研究方面取得了很大的成績(jī),積累了不少的經(jīng)驗(yàn),為了總結(jié)這些經(jīng)驗(yàn),提高生產(chǎn)效率,以適應(yīng)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)日益發(fā)展的需要,制造行業(yè)中對(duì)橋式起重機(jī)的各方面的要求越來越高。 本 設(shè)計(jì) 要完成了橋式起重機(jī)主體結(jié)構(gòu)部分的設(shè)計(jì)及主梁和端梁的校核計(jì)算。采用正軌箱形梁橋架,正軌箱形梁橋架由兩根主梁和端梁構(gòu)成。主梁外側(cè)分別設(shè)有走臺(tái),并與端梁通過連接板焊接在一起形成剛性結(jié)構(gòu)。為了運(yùn)輸方便在端梁中間設(shè)有接頭, 通過連接板和角鋼使用螺栓連接,這種結(jié)構(gòu)運(yùn)輸方便、安裝容易。小車軌道固定于主梁的壓板上,壓板焊接在蓋板的中央。 本 設(shè)計(jì) 正確選擇了起重機(jī)橋架鋼結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)造形式和構(gòu)件截面,以保證其在使用過程中的強(qiáng)度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性。設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),同時(shí)還注意了起重機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)制造工藝性、省料、安裝以及維修方便等問題 ,使大車運(yùn)行和起升機(jī)構(gòu)能夠工作中得到更好的安全和使用性能保證。 關(guān)鍵詞 :橋式起重機(jī); 大車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu) ; 主梁 III Bridgetype hoist crane Abstract : since the founding of new China, China39。s crane industry in product design, production and scientific research has made great achievement, accumulated a lot of experience, in order to sum up these experience, improve production efficiency, to meet the growing needs of the development of national economy, manufacturing industry of bridge crane in the various aspects of increasingly high demand. this design to plete the bridge crane main structure design and calculation of main girder and end girder.
