【正文】 畢業(yè)設計 行星齒輪傳動減速器設計及三維造型 1 畢業(yè)設計說明書 課題名稱 二級行星齒輪減速器 設計及三維造型 摘 要 本文完成了對一個二級行星齒輪減速器的結構設計。與國內外已有的減速器相比，此減速器具有更大的傳動比，而且，它具有結構緊湊、外廓尺寸小和重量輕等優(yōu)點。 論文首先簡要介紹了課題的背景以及齒輪減速器的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢，然后比較了各種傳動結構，從而確定了傳動的基本類型。論文主體部分是對傳動結構的設計計算，通過分配傳動比確定齒輪減速器的大致結構之后，對其進行了整體結構的設計計算和校核。論文最后對設計過程進行了總結，并在此基礎上 指出了一些改進的建議。 關鍵詞： 行星齒輪；變位；傳動機構 畢業(yè)設計 行星齒輪傳動減速器設計及三維造型 2 Abstract This paper proposes a design configuration of the twostage plaary gear reducer settling for some known with other gear reducers in the word,it have a larger gear ratio. Furthermore,there are other more advantages,such as, pact configuration,small figure,light avoirdupois and so content is as followa. Firstly, the paper introduces the context of the task and the extent on research of gear reducers,as well as its development ,the drivered type is decided by paring all kinds of gear significant part is about the calculation of the configuration distributing gear ratios, the rough configuration will be , the holistic configuration can be designed and ,the paper is summarized,and the needed improvements are indicated.
