However, private hospitals in our country faces a late start, the health care system is not perfect, the social environment restriction and lack of management experience, which hindered the development of private hospitals of foshan were taken as the research object in this text,through understanding management present situation, problems of private hospitals of Fosha, and connecting with the present situation of medical security system as well as opportunities and challenges which private hospitals may face, to explore the methods which can improve the petitiveness of private hospitals. In addition, through the research of the development of private hospitals in developed countries,the idea of the future development direction of private hospitals in our country were put forward. Research methods: literature research, field survey and data analysis method of bining the following points: 1, Foshan City, the private hospital environment 2, Foshan City, the human resources of the private hospital 3, Foshan City, a private hospital management mechanism 4 SWOT analysis of private hospitals of Foshan Findings and conclusions: Living environment: private hospital policy after the new medical reform gradually relaxed from the health insurance policy or human resources environment has changed with the public hospitals in the past treated unfairly. Private hospitals began to have associations such an anization to unify and standardize and manage to break before a mess of the situation is conducive to the coordinated development of the private hospital. Human resources: the high degree of private hospital health workers, the proportion of high grade improved, but still there is no guarantee the longterm development of human resources, resulting in private hospitals is difficult to retain talent. Protection and development of talent is still a private hospital personnel strength an important factor behind the public only from the technical personnel, quality of service, in order to enhance the core petitiveness of the private hospitals in the market place. Management mechanism: the lack of advanced management mode, the lack of longterm planning, business objectives to shortterm interestbased collaborative force and the philosophy of science, marketing, technology, human resources and other departments.
