【正文】 河北工程大學(xué)科信學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 I 摘要 公鐵步履架鋪機是架設(shè)橋梁大型關(guān)鍵施工設(shè)備, 主要由縱導(dǎo)梁、前輔助頂桿、前支腿、中支點裝置、后支點裝置、橫導(dǎo)梁縱移臺車、橫導(dǎo)梁、吊梁行車、橫移軌道、液壓系統(tǒng)、電器控制系統(tǒng)、發(fā)電機組等組成。 在這片畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文中, 主要介紹了公鐵步履架橋機機架部分的 構(gòu)造與設(shè)計理論和設(shè)計方法。 首先 詳細制定架橋機機架部分的設(shè)計方案, 根據(jù)設(shè)計準則和一般要求,初步確定架橋機的形狀和尺寸。然后根據(jù)機架的制造數(shù)量、結(jié)構(gòu)形狀及尺寸大小,初步制定工藝。最 后 根據(jù) 理論力學(xué)和材料力學(xué)等相關(guān)的力學(xué)知識 , 結(jié)合架橋機的載重要求,對架橋機機架各個部分進 行詳細的受力分析和校核,確保架橋機在工程施工時的可靠性。 本文內(nèi)容系統(tǒng)新穎、詳略得當(dāng)圖文并茂,有一定的實用價值。 關(guān)鍵詞:架橋機、機架、橫導(dǎo)梁 、 縱導(dǎo)梁 河北工程大學(xué)科信學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 II Abstract Walking frame shop machine a highway and railway bridge key construction equipment, mainly by the longitudinal guide beam, the former auxiliary mandrel, the first leg, the fulcrum of the device, after the fulcrum device, horizontal guide beam longitudinal shift car, the horizontal guide beam, hanging driving beam, sliding track, hydraulic systems, electrical control systems, generator sets and other ponents.
