【正文】 Foshan University本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 椰子剝殼機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)學(xué) 院： 機(jī)械與電氣工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè)： 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 學(xué) 號： 學(xué)生姓名： 指導(dǎo)教師： 二 〇 一 三年 六 月摘 要 椰子內(nèi)含果肉和椰子水，具有豐富的油脂、蛋白質(zhì)等營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)，且椰衣可以加工成纖維墊、繩索等，具有很高的綜合應(yīng)用價(jià)值。而剝殼是椰子加工的一個(gè)很重要的環(huán)節(jié)，所以本次設(shè)計(jì)是一種機(jī)械化程度較高的椰子剝殼機(jī)械，可提高椰子的剝殼生產(chǎn)效率。 本設(shè)計(jì)在查閱資料基礎(chǔ)上，通過對不同方案的選擇，確定剝殼的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)方案，進(jìn)行椰子剝殼機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)。本設(shè)計(jì)通過對系統(tǒng)的齒輪、齒輥、軸、擋板、壓框裝置、進(jìn)料裝置等的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和配合設(shè)計(jì)，最終完成各個(gè)部件的配合組裝，通過solidworks三維軟件，進(jìn)行裝配，并且以運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真的形式演示了本設(shè)計(jì)的工作過程；同時(shí)在AutoCAD的基礎(chǔ)上，對該系統(tǒng)的裝配圖和部分零件圖進(jìn)行了繪制。關(guān)鍵詞：椰子；剝殼； solidworks；motion運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真；Autocad ⅡDesign of the Husking Machine of coconutShen HongfeiAbstractCoconut and coconut water contains pulp, with rich oil, protein and other nutrients, and can be processed into coconut fiber mat clothing, ropes, etc., with a high value of integrated applications.
