【正文】 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 馬達定子卷線生產(chǎn)線平衡的改善 摘 要 生產(chǎn)線平衡是指為了有效地達成預(yù)計的生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)，在既定的條件下，把生產(chǎn)線上的各作業(yè)者的負荷時間作平衡的分配，即就是指為了有效地達成計劃性的生產(chǎn)，而對設(shè)備和人員的調(diào)整作適當(dāng)設(shè)計 。 本文 從生產(chǎn)線 平衡 的概念出發(fā) ,闡述生產(chǎn)線平衡的制約因素和生產(chǎn)平衡的目的 ，然后 分析了實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)線平衡的傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)工程的基本手段和方法 ,接著 引進一種新的基于傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)工程手法的生產(chǎn)線平衡 分析 輔助工具 —— 表準作業(yè)組合票 。表準作業(yè)組合票 是一種 對生產(chǎn)線 進行方法研究的工具，它準確地描述要素 作業(yè) 的 內(nèi)容 、要素 作業(yè) 的 時間 、要素 作業(yè)的順序 以及工位周期時間，通過表準作業(yè)組合票，可以清楚地知道工位作業(yè)人員的作業(yè)內(nèi)容、是否存在浪費作業(yè)和不均勻的作業(yè)負荷 。 最后利用 作業(yè)測定和表準作業(yè)組合票對某公司 一條有十幾年歷史的 馬達定子卷線生產(chǎn)線進行生產(chǎn)線平衡 分析和改善 ， 從而達到平衡生產(chǎn)線的 崗位 負荷，減少在制品庫存，縮短停滯時間，減少生產(chǎn)加工周期的目的 。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 生產(chǎn)線平衡 ， 方法研究 ， 表準作業(yè)組合票 ， 馬達定子卷線 Abstract In order to get the expected production targets, and make sure the workload balance within each worker, line balancing problem is proposed, which means making appropriate adjustments to the design of equipment and worker to effectively reach the planned production. Based on the concept of line balance, this paper analyses some principle methods of traditional industrial engineering, and introduce a new auxiliary tool named Status Operation Table. The Status Operation Table is a production line methods research tool, which accurately describes the operating elements, elements of the operating time, Operating elements of the sequence and cycletime workers, through the Status Operation Table, you can be clearly aware of the position of personnel operations, the existence of waste operations and uneven load operation.
