【正文】 電容器外殼模具設(shè)計 1 摘要 本文是關(guān)于 電容器外殼 塑料件注塑模的設(shè)計，主要內(nèi)容包括塑件的成形工藝分析，模具結(jié)構(gòu)形式的確定，分型面位置的確定 ,澆注系統(tǒng)的形式和澆口的設(shè)計 ,成形零件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和計算 ,模架的確定和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選用 ,合模導(dǎo)向機構(gòu)的設(shè)計 ,脫模推出機構(gòu)的設(shè)計等。 在正確分析塑件工藝特點和材料的性能后，涉及模具結(jié)構(gòu)、強度、壽命計算及熔融塑料在模具中流動預(yù)測等復(fù)雜的工程運算問題；運用 CAD、三維軟件等不同的軟件分別對模具的設(shè)計、制造和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量進行分析。塑料件注塑模設(shè)計，采用一般精度，利用 CAD、三維軟件來設(shè)計或分析注射模的成型零部件， 澆注系統(tǒng)，導(dǎo)向部件和脫模機構(gòu)等等。綜合運用了專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、專業(yè)課知識設(shè)計，其核心知識是塑料成型模具、材料成型技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)、機械設(shè)計、塑料成型工藝、計算機輔助設(shè)計、模具 CAD 等。 關(guān)鍵詞： 模架 ,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件 ,脫模推出機構(gòu) . 電容器外殼模具設(shè)計 1 Abstract This paper is about the design of plastic injection mold, coneshaped include plastic parts forming process analysis, determination of die structure form, parting surface positioning, gating system forms and runner design, forming parts structure design and calculation, the determination of the formwork and standard parts choose, shut the mould design of steering mechanism, stripping out institution design, etc. In the correct analysis plastics technology characteristics and PP material performance, involving the mould structure, strength, lifetime calculation and molten plastic mould flow prediction in plex engineering putation problem。 Using CAD, such different software UG respectively to mold of design, manufacturing and product quality analysis.
