【正文】 I 摘 要 隨著工業(yè)自動化水平日益提高，眾多工業(yè)企業(yè)均面臨著傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)線的改造和重新設(shè)計問題。 PLC（可編程序控制器）是以微處理器為核心的工業(yè)控制裝置，它將傳統(tǒng)的繼電器控制系統(tǒng)與計算機(jī)技術(shù)結(jié)合在一起，近年來在工業(yè)自動控制、機(jī)電一體化、改造傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)等方面得到普遍應(yīng)用。作為通用工業(yè)控制計算機(jī)，其實現(xiàn)了工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域接線邏輯到存儲邏輯的飛躍，在世界工業(yè)控制中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。鑒于此，設(shè)計者利用 PLC 的功能和特點設(shè)計出了一款飲料灌裝生產(chǎn)流水線控制系統(tǒng)。 文章剛開始介紹了 PLC 的相關(guān)知識，接著以飲料灌裝流水線為例，采 用三菱公司的 FX 系列可編程序控制器，介紹了 PLC 在飲料灌裝流水線中的應(yīng)用，給出了詳細(xì)的程序設(shè)計過程。利用 PLC 控制飲料灌裝生產(chǎn)過程，可有效提高灌裝生產(chǎn)效率，并顯著增加控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性和柔性。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 可編程控制器 ； 灌裝流水線 ； 順序功能圖 ； 梯形圖 II Abstract With the increasing level of industrial automation, many industrial enterprises are faced with the transformation of traditional production line and redesign problem. PLC (programmable logic controller) is a microprocessor as the core of industrial control devices, it will relay the traditional control system bined with puter technology in recent years in industrial automation, mechanical and electrical integration, the transformation of traditional industries such as generally applied. As a generalpurpose industrial control puter, the realization of industrial control wiring logical leap in logic to storage, industrial control in the world is playing an increasingly important role. In view of this, the designers of the use of PLC functions and features designed a beverage filling production line control system. The article introduced the PLC beginning of the relevant knowledge, and then to drink bottling line as an example, the use of Mitsubishi FX series programmable logic controller, PLC, introduced in the beverage bottling line in the application, given a detailed program design process. PLC control of the use of beverage filling production process, which can effectively improve the production efficiency of filling, and significantly increase the reliability of control systems and flexible.
