【正文】 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）題目啤酒自動(dòng)灌裝生產(chǎn)流水線 控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生姓名崔譯丹學(xué) 號(hào)201433070001教學(xué)院系電氣信息學(xué)院專業(yè)年級(jí)電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化2014級(jí)(雙)指導(dǎo)教師方瑋職 稱講師單 位西南石油大學(xué)輔導(dǎo)教師職 稱單 位完成日期2016年05月19日Southwest Petroleum University Graduation ThesisTheDesignof Automatic Beer Filling ProductionLine Control System Grade:2014Name:Cui yidanSpeciality:Electrical Engineering and AutomationInstructor:Fang weiSchool of Electrical Engineering and Information2016545 / 52摘 要本文主要介紹的是基于三菱FX2N64MR PLC的啤酒自動(dòng)灌裝生產(chǎn)流水線的設(shè)計(jì)。該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)包括硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)，其中硬件設(shè)計(jì)包括三菱FX2N64MR PLC外部電路的設(shè)計(jì)；軟件部分包括程序的設(shè)計(jì)與調(diào)試。在本設(shè)計(jì)中，包括自動(dòng)控制和手動(dòng)控制 ，選擇適當(dāng)?shù)那逑礄C(jī)，灌裝機(jī)，封蓋機(jī)，包裝機(jī)以及光電傳感器實(shí)現(xiàn)了清洗、灌裝、封蓋、包裝、檢測(cè)等功能。形成快速一體的自動(dòng)灌裝系統(tǒng)。本設(shè)計(jì)中使用了計(jì)數(shù)器分別對(duì)合格品與不合格品進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，并設(shè)置了紅燈綠燈便于操作者觀察，另外，為了保證系統(tǒng)在出現(xiàn)意外故障時(shí)，能夠得到很好的解決，系統(tǒng)還配置了急停開關(guān)等。對(duì)于檢查出的不合格產(chǎn)品采用推出裝置將其移走。并運(yùn)用組態(tài)王軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)整個(gè)自動(dòng)灌裝系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控，可以更好的了解和調(diào)整生產(chǎn)工藝及控制程序。關(guān)鍵詞：啤酒灌裝；三菱FX2N64MR PLC；組態(tài)王； AbstractThis article introduce Thedesignof automatic beer filling productionline control systemthat based on Mitsubishi FX2N64MR PLC(Programmable Logic Controller Programmable Logic Controller). In my design, it include two parts about hardware and software. The hardware parts include the design of the external circuit of Mitsubishi FX2N64MR PLC. The software part includes the design and debugging of the program.In this design, including automatic control and the manual control, I select the appropriate cleaning machine, filling machine, capping machine, packaging machine and photoelectric sensor realized washing, filling, sealing, packaging, testing and other functions. They form an automatic filling system with rapid integration. This design using the counter respectively for qualified products and unqualified products were detected, and set up a red light green light is convenient for the operator to observe. In addition, in order to ensure the system in the unexpected failure, can get very good solution, the system is also equipped with emergency stop switch. To check out the unqualified products using the launch device to move away.
