【正文】 泰 山 學 院 本科畢業(yè) 論文 基于 PLC 的飲料灌裝生產(chǎn)線的 控制 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 所 在 學 院 機械與工程 專 業(yè) 名 稱 機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化 申請學士學位所屬學科 工 學 年 級 二〇一一級（ 3+2） 學生姓名、學 號 張艷紅 2020170300 指導教師姓名 、 職 稱 陳宏圣 副 教授 完 成 日 期 二〇一三年五月 摘要 I 摘要 計算機 網(wǎng)絡 和通訊技術(shù)的 日益提高 ， 使 企業(yè)對生產(chǎn)的自動控制和 通訊提出了 高 層次 的要求。飲料生產(chǎn)線 也 較 繁瑣 ，環(huán)節(jié)也 增加了許 多。其中 灌裝 飲料就是 其上首 要的生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)。 文 中 主要 講述了 基于 FX2N32MR PLC 的飲料灌裝生產(chǎn)線的控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計包括硬件和軟件 方面 。其中硬件 部分 的 設(shè)計 主要 包括 了 三菱 FX2N32MR PLC 外部電路的設(shè)計 、 安裝；軟件部分包括程序的設(shè)計 、 調(diào)試。 設(shè)計系統(tǒng)最終能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn) 下面幾項 功能： (1)對空瓶進行運送、灌裝，灌裝量 依照 空瓶大小設(shè) 計確 定；（ 2）對滿瓶進行傳 送及 統(tǒng) 計數(shù) 量 ，計數(shù) 內(nèi)容 包括累計、單位包裝計數(shù)，單位包裝計數(shù)量可 依照 包裝大小設(shè) 計確 定；（ 3）能夠確保 手動 式 復位。該系統(tǒng) 采 用了三菱 可編程序控制器 、傳感器、繼電器、行程開關(guān)等電器元件，利用 PLC 良好的自動控制，實現(xiàn)飲料罐裝生 產(chǎn)過程的 自動化 控制 。 運 用 PLC 來 控制飲料灌裝 ，實現(xiàn)了 生產(chǎn)線的自動 高效 化、智能 靈敏 化。對 提高 勞動 效率 ，飲料質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)量影響遠大，意義非凡 。 關(guān) 鍵 詞： 飲料灌裝 ， 生產(chǎn)流水線 ， 無人控制 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT With the advanced puter and work munication technology, businesstoproduction process automation and information and munication put forward higher requirements. Beverage production line more plex production processes are also numerous. One drink is a beverage filling production line39。s most important production areas. This paper mainly introduces the control system of beverage filling production line based on Mitsubishi FX2N32MR system design consists of hardware and software design. The hardware design includes Mitsubishi FX2N32MR PLC’s external circuit design and installation。 software design includes the design and debugging of program. The system can achieve the following functions: (1) The bottles can be transported and filled and the filling volume can be set according to the size of bottles。 (2) the full bottles can be transported and counted, the count includes total count and the count of unit package and the total number of unit packaging can be set according to package size。 (3) the system can achieve manually reset. The system mainly uses the Mitsubishi PLC, sensors, relays, switches and so on and uses the good automatic control performance of PLC to achieve the no control of beverage filling production line Use of PLC control beverage filling production line, to achieve the soft drink production line automation and intelligence.
