欽 州 學(xué) 院 本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì)) 原子吸收光譜法測定餅干中鉛含量的分析 院 系 專 業(yè) 學(xué) 生 班 級(jí) 姓 名 學(xué) 號(hào) 指導(dǎo)教師單位 指導(dǎo)教師姓名 指 導(dǎo)教師職稱 2017 年 4 月 原子吸收光譜法測定餅干中鉛含量的分析 摘要 餅干 作為 一種人們?nèi)粘I钪凶钕矏鄣男蓍e食品 ,其原料、加工過程、運(yùn)輸過程等都有可能帶來重金屬鉛的污染。重金屬鉛 元素 對(duì)于人體的大部分器官具有嚴(yán)重的危害,隨著人們對(duì)于食品安全問題的日益重視,對(duì)于餅干中的鉛元素含量進(jìn)行測定具有重要的意義。 文章采用硝酸、高氯酸電熱板加熱消解,石墨爐原子吸收光譜法測定餅干中鉛元素含量。實(shí)驗(yàn)中 選擇用 %硝酸鈀 10μ L 作為基體改進(jìn)劑 ; 加熱程序?yàn)椋焊稍餃囟葹?80℃~ 110℃,時(shí)間為 20s;灰化溫度為 400℃,時(shí)間為 30s;原子化溫度為 20xx℃,時(shí)間為 3s。 結(jié)果表明 : 在 0~ 40μ g/L 的濃 度范圍 內(nèi),校 準(zhǔn)曲線 線性關(guān) 系式為y=+,相關(guān)系數(shù)為 R2=;檢出限為 ;精密度結(jié)果在%~ %之間;準(zhǔn)確度結(jié)果在 %~ %之間。分別對(duì)奧利奧、嘉士利、好吃點(diǎn)、徐福記、旺旺雪餅五個(gè)品牌的餅干中鉛含量進(jìn)行測定,結(jié)果分別為 mg/kg、 mg/kg、 mg/kg、 mg/kg、 。 說明該方法是一種準(zhǔn)確、快速、實(shí)驗(yàn)成本低、操作簡單的測定餅干中鉛含量的方法。 關(guān)鍵詞 原子吸收光譜法; 餅干 ;鉛 ;研究進(jìn)展;結(jié)果與討論Determination of lead content in biscuits by atomic absorption spectrometry Abstract Biscuit, as one of the most popular leisure food in people39。s daily life, may lead to the pollution of heavy metal lead. In this paper, the content of lead in biscuit was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). In the experiment with % 10 L palladium nitrate as matrix modifier。 heating procedures for drying temperature is 80 DEG to 110 DEG C, time is 20s。 the ashing temperature is 400 DEG C, time is 30s。 the atomization temperature is 20xx DEG C, time is 3s. The results showed that: in the 0 ~ 40 g/L in the concentration range of the calibration curve, linear equation is y=+, correlation coefficient is R2=。 the detection limit is 。 the precision of the results in % ~ %。 the accuracy of the results in % ~ %. Respectively lead content on Oreo, Jiashili, good point, Xu Fuji, want snow cake five brands of biscuits were determined, the results were mg/kg, mg/kg, mg/kg, mg/kg, It is proved that this method is accurate, rapid, low cost and easy to operate.
