【正文】 年產(chǎn) 60 萬方混凝土攪拌站設(shè)計 I 年產(chǎn) 60 萬方混凝土攪拌站設(shè)計 摘 要 本攪拌站是年產(chǎn)量為 60萬 m3商品混凝土攪拌站，它由攪拌主機、物料稱量系統(tǒng)、物料輸送系統(tǒng)、物料貯存系統(tǒng)和控制系統(tǒng)等 5大系統(tǒng)和其他附屬設(shè)施組成。是用于現(xiàn)代化混凝土建筑的主要機械。它不但節(jié)約了生產(chǎn)時間，而且大大提高了生產(chǎn)銷率。 本攪拌站采用雙階式生產(chǎn)工藝，共有二條生產(chǎn)線， 攪拌質(zhì)量均勻，生 產(chǎn)率高。對于干硬性、半干硬性、塑性及各種配比的混凝土攪拌效果好 。攪拌主機拌軸采用防粘連技術(shù)，有效防止水泥在軸上的結(jié)塊，軸端密封采用獨特的多重密封結(jié)構(gòu)，有效防止沙漿泄漏及保證整個攪拌系統(tǒng) 的持續(xù)長久運行。 所有的 粉狀物料，從上料、配料、計量、加料到攪拌出料都在密閉狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行 ,全封閉的攪拌主樓及皮帶輸送機結(jié)構(gòu)，極大地降低了粉塵和嗓聲對環(huán)境的污染。采用負(fù)壓除塵及特種纖維濾布，使投料時產(chǎn)生的灰塵完全進(jìn)入除塵器而不向周圍擴散，而收集到的粉塵又可方便的回收再利用，有效的保護環(huán)境。 整套設(shè)備的保養(yǎng)及維修部位設(shè)有平臺或檢修梯，方便檢查與維修操作，主機清洗設(shè)有泵沖和人工作業(yè)兩套裝置。站臺樓式結(jié)構(gòu)及骨料皮帶輸送機全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)，保證了所有作業(yè)都可風(fēng)雨無阻地進(jìn)行。采用封閉形式的皮帶機，下部設(shè)有溢料出口，能有效防止及沙 石四處散落。整機采用計算機控制，既可自動控制，也可手動操作，操作簡單方便?？刂葡到y(tǒng)采用國辦獨一無二的雙機雙控形式，控制機與管理機間數(shù)據(jù)共享，控制機出現(xiàn)故障時可以轉(zhuǎn)換到管理機工作，最大限度保證系統(tǒng)的持續(xù)正常運行。 選址于 德陽市泰山南路與黔江路交匯處東南角 汽車南站斜對面，占地 面積 10000 m2。主要內(nèi)容包括國內(nèi)外混凝土攪拌站的發(fā)展情況和趨勢、商品混凝土的發(fā)展情況、總平面設(shè)計、配合比設(shè)計、砂石料場設(shè)計、配料機的選擇、皮帶輸送機、攪拌樓設(shè)計、工藝流程、建廠條件、土建情況、環(huán)境保護、實驗室及辦公樓設(shè)計及有關(guān)攪拌站工 作人員配置和經(jīng)濟效益分析?？偲矫嬖O(shè)計力求在滿足正常生產(chǎn)的條件下，減小占地面積，降低成本。砂石料場占 地面積為 3600 m2。 堆高滿 3米，能滿足攪拌站 6天的砂石用量。 關(guān)鍵詞： 攪拌站；混凝土；設(shè)計 The Design of the Concrete Mixing Station with an Annual 年產(chǎn) 60 萬方混凝土攪拌站設(shè)計 II output of 600,000 Cubic Meters Major： XXXXXXX Student： XXXXX Supervisor： XXXXXXX Abstract The mixing station is the annual output of 600,000 m3 concrete mixing station, which consists of mixing console, material weighing system, material handling systems, material storage systems and control systems and other five major system ponents and other ancillary facilities.
