【正文】 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué) 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 題 目:年產(chǎn) 60 噸硫酸慶大霉素 發(fā)酵工段工藝設(shè)計(jì) 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 I 年產(chǎn) 60 噸硫酸慶大霉素發(fā)酵車間工程設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 本次設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)為年產(chǎn) 60噸慶大霉素發(fā)酵車間工程設(shè)計(jì)。 本設(shè)計(jì)采用三級(jí)發(fā)酵。共有八個(gè)發(fā)酵罐,兩個(gè)二級(jí)種子罐,兩個(gè)一級(jí)種子罐。采用的生產(chǎn)工藝如下:生產(chǎn)菌種為小單胞菌,經(jīng)小、中罐種子擴(kuò)大培養(yǎng)后接到發(fā)酵罐中。工藝過程為小 — 中 — 大罐三級(jí)發(fā)酵,小、中罐一次投入。大罐考慮底物抑制及產(chǎn)物營養(yǎng)要求,采用中間補(bǔ)料,包括全料、稀料、氨水、氫氧化鈉、 消沫油。發(fā)酵罐主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)為:公稱直徑 4500mm,罐高 11500mm,攪拌器直徑為 1410mm,筒體壁厚 16mm;二級(jí)種子罐的主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù):公稱直徑 2400mm,罐高 6000mm,攪拌器直徑 750mm,筒體壁厚 9mm;一級(jí)種子罐的主要參數(shù):公稱直徑 1400mm,罐高 3500mm,攪拌器直徑,筒體壁厚 7mm。設(shè)計(jì)說明書完成后根據(jù)說明書繪制了發(fā)酵罐和種子罐的裝配圖、工藝流程圖及廠房布局圖。 廠房布局結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,高 15米、長 54米、寬 。此外還對(duì)環(huán)境污染和節(jié)省能源方面的設(shè)備做了合理的 布局,主要工段和設(shè)備大部分在廠房內(nèi),部分設(shè)備在廠房周圍。 關(guān)鍵詞:硫酸慶大霉素;發(fā)酵工藝;罐體參數(shù) ; 廠房布局 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 II Engineering design of the Gentamicin Sulphate fermentation workshop with the capacity of 60 tons annually Abstract The design task was engineering design of the Gentamicin Sulphate fermentation workshop with the capacity of 60 tons annually. Three levels fermentation was used in this design. There were eight fermentors, two secondgrade seed pots and two onegrade seed pots. The production process was followed: producing strains is Micromonospora. After culture expansion of the seeds by the small and mediumcans, they were vaccinated to the fermentors. Three levels fermentation was used in the technological process for the small— medium— big tank. Small and medium tank was put in one time. Intermediate fed was used within the big tank considering of request of substrate inhibition and product nutrition. Intermediate fed include full material, thinner material, ammonia, NaOH, crawl agentfroth oil. The main design parameters of fermenters is: the nominal diameter is 4500mm。 the height Is11500mm。 the diameter of themixer is 1410mm。 the thickness of cylinder wall is 16mm. The main design parameters of secondgrade seed pot is: the nominal diameter is 2400mm。 the height is 6000mm, the diameter of themixer is 750mm。 the thickness of cylinder wall is 9mm. The main design parameters of onegrade seed pot is: the nominal diameter is 1400mm。 the height is 3500mm。 the diameter ofthemixer is 560mm。 the thickness of cylinder wall is 7mm. After the design manual was pleted, the fermenters and the seed fermentors assemble drawing。 working process diagram and powerhouse layout drawing were drawn according to the design manual. The workshop layout bined with practice was designed. The workshop is 15meters high, 54meters long, wide. In addition, the reasonable layout of the equipment on energysaving measures and environmental pollution was made. Main workshop section and equipments were mostly in workshop. Partial equipments are around workshop.
