第 i 頁年產(chǎn) 630 萬噸生鐵(其中煉鋼生鐵 90%,鑄造生鐵 10%)的高爐煉鐵車間工藝設(shè)計(jì)專 業(yè):冶金工程專業(yè) 設(shè)計(jì)總說明鋼鐵廠一般是指具有煉鐵、煉鋼及軋鋼的完整生產(chǎn)周期的冶金工廠。高爐煉鐵車間是為煉鋼提供原材料的車間組織。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的題目為設(shè)計(jì)一座年產(chǎn) 630 萬噸生鐵(其中煉鋼生鐵 90%,鑄造生鐵 10%)的高爐煉鐵車間工藝設(shè)計(jì),本設(shè)計(jì)采用一系列先進(jìn)工藝,如全冷卻壁,碳磚、爐底高鋁磚綜合爐底,高爐長壽技術(shù),富氧噴煤等。本設(shè)計(jì)的主要任務(wù)包括高爐配料計(jì)算、高爐本體設(shè)計(jì)、料運(yùn)系統(tǒng)方案設(shè)計(jì)、高爐爐頂設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)、高爐鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的選擇、熱風(fēng)爐設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、渣鐵處理系統(tǒng)及煤氣處理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及其車間平面布置等幾大部分,并對(duì)部分工藝流程進(jìn)行了說明。本設(shè)計(jì)涉及到的計(jì)算部分為高爐配料計(jì)算、高爐內(nèi)型計(jì)算、高爐砌磚計(jì)算以及鼓風(fēng)機(jī)和外燃式熱風(fēng)爐的相關(guān)計(jì)算。其中高爐設(shè)計(jì)部分和熱風(fēng)爐設(shè)計(jì)部分是本次設(shè)計(jì)的主要部分。本設(shè)計(jì)涉及到的設(shè)備選擇包括高爐設(shè)備的選擇、高爐供料系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備選擇、鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的選擇、渣鐵處理系統(tǒng)及煤氣處理系統(tǒng)設(shè)備選擇。我希望,所采用的先進(jìn)技術(shù)能是高爐實(shí)現(xiàn)高產(chǎn)、優(yōu)質(zhì)、低耗、長壽、環(huán)保的生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)。關(guān)鍵詞:高爐,熱風(fēng)爐,工藝設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)備ANNUAL OUTPUT OF MILLION TONS OF 第 ii 頁P(yáng)IG IRON BLAST FURNACE IRONMAKING WORKSHOP PROCESS DESIGN (OF WHICH 90% IS STEELMAKING PIG IRON, AND 10% IS CAST IRON ) Specialty:Metallurgical Engineering Director:Yang ShuangpingDesign DescriptionGenerally refers to a steel plant iron, steel making and rolling of the plete production cycle of metallurgical plants. Blast furnace steel plant with raw materials for the workshop anizationThe subject of this graduation project for the design of an annual output of tons of pig iron (including steelmaking pig iron 90%, cast iron 10%) of the blast furnace plant process design. This design uses a series of advanced technology, such as whole cooling wall, carbon bricks, high alumina bricks integrated bottom bottom, blast furnace technology, enriched PCI, main task of this design include the blast furnace burden calculation, blast furnace body design, material transport system design, equipment design, blast furnace, blast furnace blower selection, design and calculation of hot stove, iron slag processing systems and gas handling system design and plant layout and so few parts, and part of the process are described.The design part involves the calculation of blast furnace burden calculation, puting blast furnace, blast furnace blowers and brick puting, and the related calculation of internal bustion stove. Part and the hot blast stove blast furnace design in which the design part is the main part of this design.The design options related to the equipment, including blast furnace equipment selection, blast furnace feed system, equipment selection, the choice of blower, iron slag processing systems and gas handling system equipment selection.
