【正文】 摘要 本設(shè)計的內(nèi)容是關(guān)于 15 萬噸 /年聚丙烯的生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計,設(shè)計中包括工藝流程設(shè)計、物料衡算、能量衡算,設(shè)備選型,安全環(huán)保和經(jīng)濟技術(shù)評價。在本文中比較詳細(xì)的計算出來了原料的單位用量、產(chǎn)品的單位產(chǎn)量,由算得的換熱面積選擇出來適合本工藝的各種設(shè)備,按照選擇的工藝設(shè)計出了工藝流程圖和生產(chǎn)車間圖樣,并在最后編寫了可行性研究報告、商業(yè)規(guī)劃書和用戶手冊。 通過本設(shè)計,可以對環(huán)管法聚丙烯合成車間工藝及聚合工段設(shè)計有一個初步的認(rèn)識和了解,了解到環(huán)管法聚丙烯合成的基本流程。 關(guān)鍵詞 :聚丙烯 工藝流程 環(huán)管法 物料衡算 能量衡算 Abstract This design content is about 150000 tons/year polypropylene production technology design, design including process flow design, material calculation, energy calculation, equipment selection, safe environmental protection and economic technology evaluation. In this paper a detailed calculation out of raw materials, product of dosage units unit output, is by the heat transfer area selected for the various kinds of equipment technology, according to the selection process design out of the process flow diagram and production workshop pattern, and in the last wrote the feasibility study report, business planning books and user manuals. Through the design, can HuanGuan method of polypropylene synthesis process and polymerization design workshop section in a preliminary understanding and know, and understand to HuanGuan synthesis method of the basic process of polypropylene.
