【正文】 河北 聯(lián)合大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 摘要 I 年產(chǎn) 90 萬噸棒材車間設(shè)計 摘 要 本設(shè)計為年產(chǎn) 90 萬噸棒材車間工藝設(shè)計。 品種為圓鋼和螺紋鋼的小型棒材廠,在此選擇 Φ16mm的圓鋼作為典型產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行該車間的設(shè)計 。 本設(shè)計采用全連續(xù)軋制生產(chǎn)工藝,全線共有軋機 18 架,其中粗軋機 6 架,中軋機 6 架,精軋機 6 架,終軋最大軋制速度為 16m/s。 采用主要工藝流程為 選定 坯料 → 加熱 → 除鱗 → 軋制(粗 、 中 、 精軋) → 冷卻(水冷、風(fēng)冷) → 打捆 → 檢查 → 入庫 。 棒材以定尺交貨,橫列式、半連續(xù)式、全連續(xù)式各種軋機都可以進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。采用全連續(xù)式平立交替布置軋機,以保證產(chǎn)量減少事故。 此設(shè)計以設(shè) 計任務(wù)書出發(fā),首先論述了棒材的發(fā)展概況和市場需求,建廠的必要性和可能性,然后選擇典型產(chǎn)品 的 產(chǎn)品大綱的制定、軋機的選擇、孔型系統(tǒng)的選擇及典型產(chǎn)品的孔型設(shè)計、力能參數(shù)的計算及校核、輔助設(shè)備的選取、車間布置等。 河北 聯(lián)合大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 摘要 II 關(guān)鍵詞 : 車間設(shè)計; 孔型設(shè)計 ; 棒材 ABSTRACT This is the technology design for producing 900,000 tons of hot rolled bar workshop per steel with diameter of 16 mm is chosen as typical product of the workshop to be designed. And we carry out national standard during the production .We use continuous rolling technology , there is 18 mill in mon ,6 for roughing mill ,6 for medium mill ,6 for finishing mill . The largest end mill speed is about 16m/s .This paper also analyzed the contemporary rod production in China. A series of problems to be solved are put forward. The design bases on the design paper, which firstly states the development. The necessity and possibility of setting up a plant are also discussed. Then the design is set out in certain procedures, mainly including the making of product outline, choosing mills, choosing pass system, designing of pass in typical products force and energy parameters calculating and checking, auxiliary equipment, choosing workshop arrangement.
