【正文】 河北工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū) I 年產(chǎn)量 180 萬(wàn)噸的煤礦設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)的井田面積為 平方千米,年產(chǎn)量 180 萬(wàn)噸。井田內(nèi)煤層賦存比較穩(wěn)定,煤層傾角 8- 22176。,平均煤厚 ,整體地質(zhì)條件比較簡(jiǎn)單,在井田范圍南部和中央均有斷層發(fā)育。瓦斯和二氧化碳含量相對(duì)不高,涌水量也不大。根據(jù)實(shí)際的地質(zhì)資料情況進(jìn)行井田開(kāi)拓和準(zhǔn)備方式的初步設(shè)計(jì),該礦井決定采用三立井上山開(kāi)采,煤層分采區(qū)上山聯(lián)合布置的開(kāi)拓方式,設(shè)計(jì)采用綜合機(jī)械化一次采全高回采工藝,走向長(zhǎng)壁采煤法,用全部跨落法處理采空區(qū)。并對(duì)礦井運(yùn)輸、礦井提升、礦井排水和礦井通風(fēng)等各個(gè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè) 備選型計(jì)算,以及對(duì)礦井安全技術(shù)措施和環(huán)境保護(hù)提出要求,完成整個(gè)礦井的初步設(shè)計(jì)。礦井全部實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化,采用先進(jìn)技術(shù)和借鑒已實(shí)現(xiàn)高產(chǎn)高效現(xiàn)代化礦井的經(jīng)驗(yàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)一礦一面高產(chǎn)高效礦井從而達(dá)到良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益 。 關(guān)鍵詞 :立井 ; 走向長(zhǎng)壁 ; 一次采全高 ; 綜合機(jī)械化 ; 高產(chǎn)高效 河北工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū) II Abstract These designed allotment area for square kilometers, Yearly Output 120 trillion.
