中國最大管理資源中心 Report Executive Summary This report aims to resolve the financial strategic issue for Broadcast Communications Limited (BCL) to support its further development. In order to resolve the issue, the report is going to focus on how to implement the functional strategies, policies and business level strategy. When the development of BCL has been in the maturity, it is important for BCL to develop its strength and catch the potential opportunities to keep its business growing. Meanwhile, there are five strategic issues facing BCL. The report is going to mention how to identify and solve the financial strategic issue which is one of the five strategic issues. Especially, the report standing with financial analyses works out the business level strategies. As well as, the report is to state that how BCL monitors, controls and evaluates the implementation of the strategies. Namely, that can efficiently help BCL to reduce the operation risk when implementing the strategies. As well as, BCL can estimate how well they implement the strategies. Moreover, ethical issues always exist within the implementation of the strategies, particularly, within the business strategic implementation. Hence, the report also discusses the ethical issue which is the conflict of interest between short term benefits of shareholders and long term development of BCL. During the report, the implementation of the strategies and policies may cause the change in management, as well as the anizational ponents such as leadership, technology and structure need to stand with the implementation of the strategies and policies. Particularly, with the implementation of the strategies, there are gaps between the requirement and the current anizational ponents.
