【正文】 1 目的 Objective 對生產(chǎn)過程中的關(guān)鍵工序、特殊工序進(jìn)行控制，以確保產(chǎn)品符合規(guī)定要求。 The objective is to control the critical and special operational procedures in production process and to ensure that the products conform to the specifications. 2 適用范圍 Applicable Scope 適用于本公司生產(chǎn)過程的關(guān)鍵工序和特殊工序的控制。 This is applicable to the control of critical and special operational procedures in production process. 3 職責(zé) Responsibility 技術(shù)工程部負(fù)責(zé)確定產(chǎn)品關(guān)鍵 /重要特性尺寸；制造部負(fù)責(zé)制定過程流程圖、關(guān)鍵 /特殊工序，并填制《關(guān)鍵特殊工序控制點(diǎn)明細(xì)表》，經(jīng)橫向協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目組評審后，報(bào)管理者代表批準(zhǔn)。 The Engineering Department is responsible to determine the critical/important characteristics dimensions.
