It is intended to allow an organization to assess their materials management system39。s conformance to FAO39。s Materials Management System Requirements (MS9000).本文書は、フォード自動(dòng)車事業(yè)部門（FAO’s）の材料管理システム評(píng)価（MMSA）である?！·长欷?、自社の材料管理システムがF(xiàn)AOの材料管理システム要求條件（MS9000）に合致しているかどうかを、その組織が評(píng)価できるようにすることを目的とする。FAO39。s goal in offering the Materials Management System Assessment (MMSA) is to promote the development of fundamental materials management systems that provide for outstanding delivery performance, exceptional customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. FAO39。s intent is to establish a high standard for materials management systems, in line with our goal of being the world39。s leading automotive pany. FAO believes that robust and capable materials management systems are critical to total quality and customer satisfaction, and therefore offer this assessment which goes beyond traditional product quality systems to focus on the plementing materials system. It is intended that this assessment be used in conjunction with, not in lieu of, the QSA. Assessment and Implement Plan of Improvement need to be presented to CAF39。s MPamp。L for review if on site assessment is necessary. 全ての新規(guī)施設(shè)において、MMSA自己評(píng)価が実施されなければならないし、現(xiàn)行の納入業(yè)者は、継続的改善評(píng)価も毎年8月に自己評(píng)価しなければならない。　80點(diǎn)及び各質(zhì)問１點(diǎn)以上というのが最低條件である?！‖F(xiàn)地評(píng)価が必要な場(chǎng)合には、インタビューのためにCAFのMPamp。Lに改善の評(píng)価と実施計(jì)畫が提示されること。The MMSA is an important element in Ford39。s Reward and Recognition Award programs. Both the Q1 Award for Excellence and the Total Quality Excellence (TQE) Award, Ford39。s highest award, require assessments using the MMSA. A summary of the Q1 and TQE award programs, their requirements and how the MMSA fits into the total award program, can be found in the program manuals for each, available from Ford Motor Quality Publications. To reach Q1 Reward facility must pass MMSA and achieve 100 points plus each single question no less than 2 points.
