貴陽學院畢業(yè)設計(論文) 本科畢業(yè)設計(論文) 基于 CAN 總線汽車加速度信息采集系統(tǒng)設計 學 院: 機械工程學院 專 業(yè): 汽車服務工程 班 級: 11 級汽車服務 學 號: 111400401063 學生姓名: 劉逍 指導老師: 丁小可 20xx 年 6 月 1 日 貴陽學院畢業(yè)設計(論文) I 基于 CAN 總線汽車加速 度信息采集系統(tǒng)設計 摘 要 隨著通訊技術(shù) .計算機技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展 ,CAN 總線技術(shù)隨之應運產(chǎn)生 ,推動了測控領(lǐng)域的網(wǎng)絡化進程 ,CAN總線 .屬于現(xiàn)場總線的范疇 ,CAN總線以其基礎構(gòu)成的分布式網(wǎng)絡方便 .低成本實現(xiàn)了工程實際要求 ,已經(jīng)逐漸成為了當今自動化領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的熱點之一。本文用 CAN 總線技術(shù)對汽車加速度進行研究 ,討論了汽車加速度變化所帶來的變化。繼而可以理解和使用 CAN 總線的特點與優(yōu)勢所在 ,并敘述了光電檢測技術(shù)特點及發(fā)展趨勢。而后 ,針對本文所選用的現(xiàn)場總線 —— CAN 總線進行了研究討論 ,論述了 CAN 總線的工作原理并針 對 CAN 總線的性能特點詳細分析了其分層結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)議和數(shù)據(jù)幀結(jié)構(gòu)。針對光電檢測領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展趨勢 ,本文設計了一種基于 CAN總線汽車加速度的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng) ,以 CAN總線作為通信總線 ,采用了以 DSP 芯片 TMS320F2812 為主控制器 ,外接刀 D 轉(zhuǎn)換芯片 AD977A進行數(shù)據(jù)采集轉(zhuǎn)換 ,并通過 CAN 總線將數(shù)據(jù)傳輸至顯示器。軟件采用 TI 公司開發(fā)的 CCS作為開發(fā)環(huán)境 ,軟件設計采用模塊化設計方法完成了各個子模塊的設計 ,通過對主程序的仔細分析與設計 ,實現(xiàn)了各個任務的合理調(diào)度 ,達到了系統(tǒng)的設計要求 .嵌入式工控機顯示界面采用 MCGS 組態(tài)軟件 編寫 ,用以實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的處理和顯示。該系統(tǒng)通用性好 .可靠性高 .傳輸速率快 .操作方便 ,具有較好的應用前景。 關(guān)鍵詞 : CAN 總線 、 數(shù)據(jù)采集 、 汽車加速度 、 單片機。 貴陽學院畢業(yè)設計(論文) II Abstract With the development of munication technology The development of puter technology, can bus technology will be shipped to produce, promote the process of work in the field of measurement and control, can bus.
