【正文】 摘要：隨著生命科學(xué)的的不斷發(fā)展，不僅促進(jìn)了人類的文明和進(jìn)步，同時(shí)也改變了社會的進(jìn)程與面貌。人工生育的出現(xiàn)，不但在醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域上引起一場革命,而且在現(xiàn)有的道德倫理觀念、婚姻家庭關(guān)系、傳統(tǒng)的法律制度上也產(chǎn)生了顛覆性的影響。人工生育技術(shù)作為現(xiàn)代科技的一種,在推動(dòng)社會進(jìn)步的同時(shí),也帶來了許多負(fù)面的影響,本文將從三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述:第一部分是人工生育的基本概念,第二部分是人工生育對婚姻家庭和法律產(chǎn)生的問題,而第三部分是對產(chǎn)生的問題提出解決的對策.關(guān)鍵詞:人工生育 婚姻家庭關(guān)系 生育權(quán) 知情權(quán)與隱私權(quán)Abstract: With the continuous development of life sciences, which not only promoted the human civilization and progress, but also changed the process and features of society. The emergence of artificial fertility, not only caused a revolution in medicine, but in the existing moral ethics, marriage and family relations, the traditional legal system also has a subversive influence on.
