Analyze of the structure of N ultra high voltage power grid enterprises, which is based on the management, objectives and scope of the parison of the systematic study.Research the method of prehensive quality management of ultra high voltage power grid enterprises. Analyze the theoretical premise of quality management of N ultra high voltage power grid enterprise which is expounded, including the ISO9001:2008 quality management standard, the failure mode and the influence research method.
