。摘要隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,恒壓供水越來越重要。本系統(tǒng)以PLC與變頻器控制水泵工作,根據(jù)壓力給定的理想值信號(hào)及管網(wǎng)水壓的反饋信號(hào)進(jìn)行比較,變頻器根據(jù)比較結(jié)果調(diào)節(jié)水泵的轉(zhuǎn)速,達(dá)到控制管網(wǎng)水壓的目的。文中重點(diǎn)敘述了變頻節(jié)能原理,恒壓供水原理及PID控制方式。并提供控制系統(tǒng)硬件和控制軟件,經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)模擬調(diào)試成功,實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)行可靠、節(jié)能、低噪,維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單等效果。關(guān)鍵詞: 恒壓供水;PLC控制;閉環(huán)PIDAbstractWith the development of society, more and more important in the constant pressure water supply. This paper mainly describes the energy saving principle of variable frequency, constant pressure water supply theory and PID control. And provides the control system hardware and control software, the simulation debugging success, to achieve reliable operation, energy saving, low noise, simple maintenance and effect.Key Words:Constant pressure water supply;PLC control;Closed loop PID1 引言 隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,城市人口和城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,高層建筑與日俱增。對(duì)水、電、消防、智能化等基礎(chǔ)供應(yīng)配套要求也越來越高。如何有效提高高層建筑給水系統(tǒng)能量利用率,減少無效能耗,成為了高層建筑給水設(shè)計(jì)的首要問題。傳統(tǒng)的供水方式有恒速泵加壓供水、恒速泵加水塔的供水、恒速泵加高位水箱的供水和恒速泵氣壓罐供水方式。雖然這些供水方式比較簡(jiǎn)單
