畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)報(bào)告紙 共 54 頁 第 1 頁 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 裝 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 訂 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 線 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 摘 要 近年來,隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,能源緊缺問題日益明顯,因此應(yīng)用變頻調(diào)速技術(shù)來提高供水質(zhì)量,降低能耗,在供水領(lǐng)域已得到越來越廣泛的重視。變頻恒壓供水控制系統(tǒng)采用先進(jìn)的變頻調(diào)速、 PLC 等技術(shù)組成一閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),用于民用建筑、生產(chǎn)用水,可使水泵出口壓力保持恒定。恒壓供水的基本控制策略是 :采用可編程控制器( PLC)與變頻調(diào)速裝置構(gòu)成控制系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行優(yōu)化控制泵組的調(diào)速運(yùn)行,并自動(dòng)調(diào)整泵組的運(yùn)行臺數(shù),完成供水壓力的閉環(huán)控制,即根據(jù)實(shí)際設(shè)定水壓自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)水泵電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速和水泵的數(shù)量 ,自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償用水量的變化, 以保證供水管網(wǎng)的壓力保持在設(shè)定值 ,既可以滿足生產(chǎn)供水要求,還可節(jié)約電能,使系統(tǒng)處于可靠工作狀態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)恒壓供水。 關(guān)鍵字: 水泵、變頻器、恒壓控制、 PLC 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)報(bào)告紙 共 54 頁 第 2 頁 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 裝 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 訂 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 線 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of China39。s national economy, the energy shortage problem is being increasingly apparent, so the application of VVVF technology to improve water quality, reduce energy consumption, in the field of water supply has been more and more attention. Inverter control constant pressure water supply system using advanced Frequency Control, PLC and other technical ponents of a closedloop control system for civil construction, production water, can maintain a constant outlet pressure pumps. Constant pressure water supply is the basic control strategy: the use of programmable logic controller (PLC) and constitutes a frequency converter control system, optimized control of the governor to run pumps, and automatically adjusts the number of running pumps to plete the water supply closedloop control of pressure, that is, according to the actual settings automatically adjust water pressure pump motor speed and the number of pumps, automatic pensation for changes in water consumption to ensure that the pressure of the water supply work to maintain the set value, both the water supply to meet the production requirements, but also to save power, the system is in reliable working condition, to achieve constant pressure water supply.
