【正文】 齊 齊 哈 爾 大 學(xué)化工原理課程設(shè)計(jì)說明書水吸收SO2填料塔(3200m3/h)學(xué) 院:食品與生物工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 班: 生工112班 姓 名: 蔣燕妮 學(xué) 號(hào): 2011053072 指導(dǎo)教師: 趙國(guó)君 設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間:— 摘要 吸收是利用混合氣體中各組分在液體中的溶解度的差異來分離氣態(tài)均相混合物的一種單元操作。在化工生產(chǎn)中主要用于原料氣的凈化,有用組分的回收等。 氣液兩相的分離是通過它們密切的接觸進(jìn)行的,在正常操作下,氣相為連續(xù)相而液相為分散相,氣相組成呈連續(xù)變化,氣相中的成分逐漸被分離出來。填料塔是氣液呈連續(xù)性接觸的氣液傳質(zhì)設(shè)備,屬微分接觸逆流操作過程。塔的底部有支撐板用來支撐填料,并允許氣液通過。支撐板上的填料有整砌和亂堆兩種方式。填料層的上方有液體分布裝置,從而使液體均勻噴灑于填料層上。填料層的空隙率超過90%,一般液泛點(diǎn)較高,單位塔截面積上填料塔的生產(chǎn)能力較高,研究表明,填料塔的分離效率明顯優(yōu)于板式塔。這次課程設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)是用水吸收空氣中的二氧化硫,然后再進(jìn)行解吸處理得到二氧化硫。要求設(shè)計(jì)包括塔徑、填料塔高度、塔管的尺寸等,需要通過物料衡算得到所需要的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),然后進(jìn)行所需尺寸的計(jì)算得到各種設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),為圖的繪制打基礎(chǔ),提供數(shù)據(jù)參考。關(guān)鍵詞:水;二氧化硫;吸收;填料塔;物料衡算Abstract Absorption is an important unit operation in the differences in solubility using mixture gas in the liquid in the separation of gaseous homogeneous mixture.
