【正文】 安徽工程大學機電學院本科畢業(yè)設計(論文)專 業(yè): 機械設計制造及其自動化 題 目: 汽車車門拉延模具設計 與成形模擬 作 者 姓 名 : 導 師 及 職 稱 : 導師所在單位: 機械與汽車工程學院 汽車車門拉延模具設計與成形模擬摘 要本課題把汽車覆蓋件車門內(nèi)板作為研究的對象,以常見的板料成形分析軟件Dynaform 作為工具對拉延成形工藝參數(shù)進行研究。本課題設計的意義是拉延成形 CAE分析可以提前預測沖壓產(chǎn)品的缺陷,幫助工程技術人員對拉延成形工藝進行優(yōu)化,以減少反復試模修模的次數(shù),縮短產(chǎn)品的設計和生產(chǎn)周期。完成的主要工作有通過 UG對汽車車門進行拉延模具的設計,再根據(jù)零件的結構特點制定合理的成形工序,采用Dynaform 軟件對拉深成形過程進行數(shù)值模擬,查看模擬結果中的板料流入量,根據(jù)經(jīng)驗和反復對試驗結果的驗證與分析后,重新設定相關系數(shù),找到最合適的參數(shù)設置。通過 Dynaform 軟件的模擬仿真結果的分析,板料的厚度,拉延筋的設計,壓邊力的大小,成形的尺寸設計,沖壓的次數(shù)與力度等對板料的成形結果都有很大影響,要想獲得最理想的仿真結果,只有通過經(jīng)驗和不斷地實驗才能找出最佳方案。本畢業(yè)設計的有用結論主要是用 Dynaform 軟件可以模擬板料成形的真實過程,從而避免生產(chǎn)過程耗費很大的人力物力財力去試驗,很大程度上節(jié)約成本。CAE 數(shù)值分析仿真結果也十分準確,在中國仿真率達到 97%,在國外達到 100%,它的應用將越來越廣泛。關鍵詞:拉延成形。CAE 分析;Dynaform 軟件Mold design and Forming Simulation of the Drawing of Car DoorAbstractThis topic do research on forming process parameters with the car door inner panel as the object of study, and mon sheet metal forming analysis software Dynaform as a tool studied.
