摘 要本論文中設(shè)計(jì)的模具是單工序彎曲模。屬于沖壓工藝的一種,但比起沖壓模,本套模具突出了彎曲模的特點(diǎn),而且包括沖壓模,文中考慮到工件批量大的特點(diǎn),選用了經(jīng)過(guò)改進(jìn)的一種高效率模具,它是能一次成形的回轉(zhuǎn)式壓彎模。是組合式的活動(dòng)凹模,用于彎曲夾角小于90176。的U形件,可以一次彎曲成形。此模具具有一對(duì)有缺口的轉(zhuǎn)軸凹模,其缺口與工件外形相適應(yīng)。凹模是轉(zhuǎn)軸式的,左右兩件對(duì)稱(chēng)。這種形狀的凹模制成組合式的,且鑲在凹模鑲塊中,便于機(jī)械加工。另外鑲塊部分容易磨損,這樣利于更換又節(jié)省材料。再根據(jù)所選材料和厚度及性質(zhì)經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算分析完成該模具的毛坯、彎曲力、回彈值、凸、凹模間隙等的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算;選出適合該模具的定位方式、卸料出件方式;設(shè)計(jì)模具的工作部分即凸、凹模的設(shè)計(jì),選擇模具的材料并確定每個(gè)零部件的加工方案;再根據(jù)模具的裝配原則,完成模具的裝配。裝配調(diào)整好的模具,需要安裝到機(jī)器上進(jìn)行試模。如發(fā)現(xiàn)不符合要求的需加以修正,并進(jìn)行再次試模,直到能正常運(yùn)行并加工出合格的制品。關(guān)鍵詞:彎曲工藝,彎曲成形,回轉(zhuǎn)凹模 Abstract The design of the mold in this paper is the bending modulus of a single process.
