【正文】 加工數(shù)控機床工業(yè)設計論文作者：日期： 閥門碟版加工數(shù)控機床工業(yè)設計Valve disc machining nc machine industrial design 學 院：專 業(yè) 班 級：學 號：學 生 姓 名：指 導 教 師： 年 月密級：內部摘 要當今世界，工業(yè)發(fā)達國家對機床工業(yè)高度重視，競相發(fā)展機電一體化、高精、高效、高自動化先進機床，以加速工業(yè)和國民經濟的發(fā)展。長期以來，歐、美、亞在國際市場上相互展開激烈競爭，已形成一條無形戰(zhàn)線，特別是隨微電子、計算機技術的進步，數(shù)控機床在20世紀80年代以后加速發(fā)展，早已成為四大國際機床展上各國機床制造商競相展示先進技術、爭奪用戶、擴大市場的焦點.近年來，我國數(shù)控產業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，但是，進口機床的發(fā)展勢頭依然強勁，從2022年開始，中國連續(xù)三年成為世界機床消費第一大國、機床進口第一大國，70%以上的此類設備和絕大多數(shù)的功能部件均依賴進口。由此可以看出國產數(shù)控機床特別是中高檔數(shù)控機床仍然缺乏市場競爭力，究其原因主要在于國產數(shù)控機床的研究開發(fā)深度不夠、制造水平依然落后、服務意識與能力欠缺,系統(tǒng)生產應用推廣不力等。針對這些問題，我們一方面要加強一些科學技術的創(chuàng)新和開發(fā)，另一方面也要多向國外學習和借鑒，取長補短，這樣才能使國內的數(shù)控機床更加完善，更加全面的發(fā)展，以下是一些發(fā)展的趨勢和方向：(1) 造型上面要符合現(xiàn)代人的審美和時尚的觀點。造型新穎是未來機床設計的主要方向之一，現(xiàn)代人們在追求功能滿足的前提下更下注重造型設計。(2) 功能上面要全面滿足數(shù)控機床的使用功能，功能是機床存在的根本之所在，如果功能不滿足要求那么其他一些將無從談起。(3) 人機上面要做以人為本的設計理念，數(shù)控機床本身也是為人類而服務的，要在機床的操作，使用，維修，潤滑等等一些列方面考慮人機問題，以便更好地為人服務。(4) 價格上面要做到盡量合情合理，既能夠讓人接受，也體現(xiàn)了機床本身的使用價值。(5) 排放上面要做到最大化的節(jié)能減排，環(huán)保問題仍然是人類生存的首要問題，不能因小失大，不能因為追求人類暫時的利益而破壞長遠利益。(6) 安全性問題：安全問題是現(xiàn)代安全生產的首要問題，每年機械傷人的事例不勝枚舉，在現(xiàn)代各個行業(yè)的運作中人身安全永遠是第一位的，所以機床的安全不容忽視，要足夠重視。 關鍵詞：數(shù)控機床。發(fā)展趨勢。安全 AbstractOn machine tool industry in today39。s world, industrial developed countries attach great importance to, the race to the development of electromechanical integration, high precision, high efficiency, high automated advanced machine tools, to accelerate the development of industry and national economy.
