【正文】 加工數(shù)控機(jī)床工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文作者：日期： 閥門(mén)碟版加工數(shù)控機(jī)床工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)Valve disc machining nc machine industrial design 學(xué) 院：專(zhuān) 業(yè) 班 級(jí)：學(xué) 號(hào)：學(xué) 生 姓 名：指 導(dǎo) 教 師： 年 月密級(jí)：內(nèi)部摘 要當(dāng)今世界，工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家對(duì)機(jī)床工業(yè)高度重視，競(jìng)相發(fā)展機(jī)電一體化、高精、高效、高自動(dòng)化先進(jìn)機(jī)床，以加速工業(yè)和國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，歐、美、亞在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上相互展開(kāi)激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，已形成一條無(wú)形戰(zhàn)線，特別是隨微電子、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步，數(shù)控機(jī)床在20世紀(jì)80年代以后加速發(fā)展，早已成為四大國(guó)際機(jī)床展上各國(guó)機(jī)床制造商競(jìng)相展示先進(jìn)技術(shù)、爭(zhēng)奪用戶、擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng)的焦點(diǎn).近年來(lái)，我國(guó)數(shù)控產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，但是，進(jìn)口機(jī)床的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭依然強(qiáng)勁，從2022年開(kāi)始，中國(guó)連續(xù)三年成為世界機(jī)床消費(fèi)第一大國(guó)、機(jī)床進(jìn)口第一大國(guó)，70%以上的此類(lèi)設(shè)備和絕大多數(shù)的功能部件均依賴(lài)進(jìn)口。由此可以看出國(guó)產(chǎn)數(shù)控機(jī)床特別是中高檔數(shù)控機(jī)床仍然缺乏市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，究其原因主要在于國(guó)產(chǎn)數(shù)控機(jī)床的研究開(kāi)發(fā)深度不夠、制造水平依然落后、服務(wù)意識(shí)與能力欠缺,系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用推廣不力等。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題，我們一方面要加強(qiáng)一些科學(xué)技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新和開(kāi)發(fā)，另一方面也要多向國(guó)外學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒，取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短，這樣才能使國(guó)內(nèi)的數(shù)控機(jī)床更加完善，更加全面的發(fā)展，以下是一些發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)和方向：(1) 造型上面要符合現(xiàn)代人的審美和時(shí)尚的觀點(diǎn)。造型新穎是未來(lái)機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)的主要方向之一，現(xiàn)代人們?cè)谧非蠊δ軡M足的前提下更下注重造型設(shè)計(jì)。(2) 功能上面要全面滿足數(shù)控機(jī)床的使用功能，功能是機(jī)床存在的根本之所在，如果功能不滿足要求那么其他一些將無(wú)從談起。(3) 人機(jī)上面要做以人為本的設(shè)計(jì)理念，數(shù)控機(jī)床本身也是為人類(lèi)而服務(wù)的，要在機(jī)床的操作，使用，維修，潤(rùn)滑等等一些列方面考慮人機(jī)問(wèn)題，以便更好地為人服務(wù)。(4) 價(jià)格上面要做到盡量合情合理，既能夠讓人接受，也體現(xiàn)了機(jī)床本身的使用價(jià)值。(5) 排放上面要做到最大化的節(jié)能減排，環(huán)保問(wèn)題仍然是人類(lèi)生存的首要問(wèn)題，不能因小失大，不能因?yàn)樽非笕祟?lèi)暫時(shí)的利益而破壞長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益。(6) 安全性問(wèn)題：安全問(wèn)題是現(xiàn)代安全生產(chǎn)的首要問(wèn)題，每年機(jī)械傷人的事例不勝枚舉，在現(xiàn)代各個(gè)行業(yè)的運(yùn)作中人身安全永遠(yuǎn)是第一位的，所以機(jī)床的安全不容忽視，要足夠重視。 關(guān)鍵詞：數(shù)控機(jī)床。發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。安全 AbstractOn machine tool industry in today39。s world, industrial developed countries attach great importance to, the race to the development of electromechanical integration, high precision, high efficiency, high automated advanced machine tools, to accelerate the development of industry and national economy.
