武漢理工大學(xué)《高頻電子線路》課程設(shè)計說明書摘要隨著現(xiàn)代通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展,各種通信設(shè)備層出不窮,涉及信息收發(fā)的各種儀器在調(diào)制和解調(diào)過程中,都必須依靠高精度的振蕩源,否則信息將無法發(fā)送和接收,因而個正通信設(shè)備中幾乎都離不開高穩(wěn)定度的振蕩源。振蕩器的種類有很多,包括反饋式振蕩器、負阻式振蕩器等,本次課程設(shè)計主要完成正弦波壓控振蕩器(VCO)的設(shè)計。包含有壓控元件作為頻率控制器件的振蕩器就稱為壓控振蕩器,壓控振蕩器廣泛應(yīng)用于各種發(fā)射機載波源、擴頻通訊載波源或作為混頻器本振源。本次設(shè)計利用晶體管、變?nèi)荻O管等分立元件完成相關(guān)設(shè)計,并達到設(shè)計要求。關(guān)鍵字:正弦波 振蕩器 變?nèi)荻O管 VCO1Abstract With the development of modern munications technology, a variety of munications equipment and related information sent to or from a variety of instruments in the modulation and demodulation process, must rely on highprecision oscillations, otherwise the information will not be able to send and receive, and thus a positive munication equipment almost without high stability of oscillations.
