The stripping and cleaning equipment are consist of picking roll,escapegrid,rack,air blower, vibratory screen, crew conveyor and so on. Its mainly working process is that: the unpicked peanuts are conveyed to the picking roller which is highly running up through transport equipment, and then are delivered to the rock through the holes of the escape grid, the picked peanuts are classified by the united work of rack,vibratory screen and air blower. The peanuts which are classified are conveyed to the gather equipment by the running of crew conveyor. The working principle and structure of the stripping and cleaning parts have been analyzed in this paper, and it also calculates the structure size, speed and needed power of some important parts, and the stripping and cleaning parts` mainly working process and the corresponding theoretical analyses also can be read in this paper.Key words: Stripping equipment。 Cleaning equipment。 United harvest machine.1 緒 論 設(shè)計(jì)的目的和意義 花生主要生長在北緯三十五度到北緯四十度的范圍內(nèi),在世界范圍內(nèi)廣泛種植,是我國與國際的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品交易中的重要?jiǎng)?chuàng)匯作物,在我國的種植區(qū)主要集中在華南沿海、華北平原以及渤海地區(qū) [1]。統(tǒng)計(jì)顯示,我國花生種植面積連續(xù)12年超過四百萬公頃,并且呈逐年增長的趨勢,2022 年我國花生種植面積居世界第二,總產(chǎn)量居世界第一。據(jù)專家推測到二十一世紀(jì)中頁我國花生種植面積將達(dá)到六百萬公頃以上 [2]。隨著我國農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,以及在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的調(diào)節(jié)作用下,我國的花生種植面積還將進(jìn)一步增加,尤其是在西部半干旱地區(qū)。 隨著中國加入WTO,我國的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)開始與世界接軌,花生收獲機(jī)械的研發(fā)與推廣也逐漸受到人們的注意。由于我國長期以來科學(xué)技術(shù)落后尤其在農(nóng)業(yè)方面,沒有自主研發(fā)的核心技術(shù)體系,國內(nèi)部分地區(qū)的花生收獲機(jī)械的通用比較性差,無法滿足我國幅員遼闊區(qū)域復(fù)雜環(huán)境的收獲作業(yè)要求,以及一些品種的機(jī)械化收獲需求,由于種種原因,使得我國的花生機(jī)械化作業(yè)出現(xiàn)了一些突出的問題:第一,農(nóng)民的收獲勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,收獲效率比較低,但是生產(chǎn)成本卻比較高。目前,國內(nèi)大部分花生種植區(qū)的花生的收獲作業(yè)基本是全部或大部分依靠人力、畜力。只有少部分地區(qū)采用機(jī)械或是半機(jī)械化作業(yè),而且整個(gè)收獲過程都要經(jīng)過多道工序:第一道工序?yàn)榛ㄉ耐诰颍ú糠值貐^(qū)采用人工刨掘或犁耕的作業(yè)方法),然后由人工進(jìn)行除土和晾曬作業(yè),晾干后由人工撿拾然后進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸,最后才能進(jìn)行人工或機(jī)械化摘果 [3]。據(jù)考察,在一般的沙壤地內(nèi)收獲花生,一個(gè)勞力每天工作時(shí)間按8h計(jì),;借助畜力或者是簡單的機(jī)力作業(yè),~ 公頃,這種生產(chǎn)方式造成的較大的莢果損失,有時(shí)農(nóng)民為了減少收獲損失,而進(jìn)行復(fù)收,這樣會(huì)大大加強(qiáng)勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和勞動(dòng)的時(shí)間消耗,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)成本的增高。但是如果采用機(jī)械化進(jìn)行收獲,它的生產(chǎn)效率是人工的25倍左右,并且它可以每公頃減少九十公斤的收獲損失,所以每公頃可節(jié)約費(fèi)用二百元左右,增加了農(nóng)民的收入。第二,耽誤農(nóng)時(shí)?;ㄉ氖斋@季節(jié),正值農(nóng)歷8月下旬到9月中旬,大豆,玉米都需要收獲,另外還要種植小麥,所以這個(gè)階段的勞動(dòng)力緊張。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),我國的農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了新的變革,逐步生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)方向發(fā)展,自然花生收獲機(jī)械的發(fā)展也深受影響,隨著花生種植面積的不斷擴(kuò)大,
