【正文】 0 / 47摘 要 隨著我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，人們的生活水平有了顯著提高，假日經(jīng)濟和旅游經(jīng)濟已經(jīng)成為人們消費的熱點。各地也把旅游業(yè)當(dāng)作本地經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要支柱之一，促進了酒店業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。從而酒店的業(yè)務(wù)量不斷增長，信息的處理越來越復(fù)雜。因此，酒店對實現(xiàn)計算機化、信息化有著越來越強烈需求。酒店管理系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo)就是立足酒店應(yīng)用實際，著眼于酒店未來發(fā)展，以強化酒店管理，提高酒店的服務(wù)效率和服務(wù)質(zhì)量。本文首先闡述了酒店管理系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)定義，酒店管理系統(tǒng)在酒店管理工作中的作用和意義，國內(nèi)酒店管理系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀；然后對酒店管理系統(tǒng)作了詳細(xì)的分析和設(shè)計。在分析中首先對系統(tǒng)的需求性和可行性進行了詳細(xì)的分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上得出新系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程圖及數(shù)據(jù)流程圖，隨后進行了數(shù)據(jù)字典的設(shè)計；在系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計中首先對系統(tǒng)的總體功能進行了設(shè)計，隨之對各子系統(tǒng)的功能進行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計，各子系統(tǒng)的功能基本上可以滿足酒店日常管理的需求及客人住店的要求。數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計采用了 ER 圖和二維表的形式來表示；最后對系統(tǒng)的軟硬件的配置作了選擇。本系統(tǒng)在分析和設(shè)計的過程中始終遵循著實用性、先進性、可靠性、經(jīng)濟性等原則。本系統(tǒng)的運行可以改善酒店管理質(zhì)量、提高酒店總臺工作人員的工作效率以及客人的滿意度，降低酒店的運營成本等。關(guān)鍵詞：酒店管理系統(tǒng)；系統(tǒng)分析；系統(tǒng)設(shè)計1 / 47Abstract With the development of China’s economy, people’s living standards have been improved significantly. Consequently, holiday economy and tourism economy have been hot pots of consume. Tourism in each region is recognized as one of the important pillars for local economic development and the rapid development of the hotel industry is promoted. As a result, the hotel business continues to grow and the information processing bees more and more plex. Therefore, the demand of the puterized, information technology has bee increasingly strong. The goal of Hotel Management System is based on the actual application of the hotel. It focuses on the hotel’s future development, aiming to strengthen the hotel management and improve hotel service efficiency and service quality. This paper begins by describing the relevant definition of hotel management systems, and the role and significance of hotel management system in hotel management job, and the status quo about domestic hotel management system。 and then does the detailed analysis and the design to the hotel management system. In analysis, First, it has carried on the detailed analysis to system39。s demanding and the feasibility。 Second, it obtains the new system39。s service flow chart and the data flow chart based on above, then followed by the data dictionary design。 in system39。s design, first it has carried on the design to system39。s overall function, then on the detailed design to various of subsystems39。 function which basically may satisfy the request for the hotel current management and the demand of the visitors staying at an inn. The database design has been expressed by adopting to the ER chart and the twodimensional table form。 Finally it has made the choice to system39。s software and hardware39。s disposition. This system has always followed the practical, advanced, reliable, economic and other principles in analysing and designing process. The operation of the system can improve the quality of hotel management, the work efficiency of the hotel reception staff and satisfaction of guest, and reduce the operating costs of the hotel.
