【正文】 基于PLC的輸煤控制系統(tǒng)I 摘要本文深入研究了當(dāng)代熱電廠輸煤程控系統(tǒng)具體實(shí)施方法以及效應(yīng)。作為一種應(yīng)用于工業(yè)控制的自動(dòng)裝置，PLC本身具有一定抗干擾能力，比較適應(yīng)工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境。盡管如此，由于很多熱電廠輸煤系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行條件惡劣，各類(lèi)干擾信號(hào)較多，使得抗干擾問(wèn)題成為輸煤程控設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)試及運(yùn)行中的一大難題。許多電廠輸煤程控系統(tǒng)不能長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行，抗干擾能力差是其最主要的原因。本文對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)燃煤程控系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的深入研究，在工程上有著重要應(yīng)用價(jià)值。輸煤設(shè)備的控制系統(tǒng)可分為皮帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)(包括篩碎設(shè)備、除鐵、除木、除塵設(shè)備和計(jì)量設(shè)備)的控制、卸煤設(shè)備的控制、煤場(chǎng)機(jī)械的控制和給配煤系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的控制四個(gè)部分。皮帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)在火力發(fā)電廠輸煤系統(tǒng)中，承擔(dān)了全廠來(lái)煤的運(yùn)輸、提升、分配等工作，是輸煤系統(tǒng)的主要設(shè)備。因此，皮帶運(yùn)輸及控制方式的合理選擇，直接關(guān)系到整個(gè)輸煤系統(tǒng)的安全運(yùn)行。利用PLC可以把整條運(yùn)輸線集中到一個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)中,可以方便地實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)旁連鎖就地控制、中控室PLC集中連鎖控制等多種控制方式,在運(yùn)輸線的終端和火電廠控制室都可以對(duì)運(yùn)輸線的各種保護(hù)傳感器等進(jìn)行有效地監(jiān)測(cè)。以某火電廠為例,介紹系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成、控制系統(tǒng)具備的功能等。關(guān)鍵詞 輸煤，PLC，帶式輸送機(jī)， AbstractIn this paper the original was thoroughly researcied some kinds of anti jamming steps is living that concrete implementation means of coal SPC system along with effect are beaten to dragon and phoenix heat and power one kind of autoplant that the application is to industry Control, The PLC in itself havees the specified anti jamming capability，Comparatively adapt to the environment at industry such in this way, Since the fact the coal measures together operational condition odiously is beaten in dragon and phoenix heat and power plant，Different type is interfereed the signal more,Causing that the antijamming problem bees is beaten the coal SPC to design、The debug reaches one a great hard nut to crack in the electric power plants are beaten the coal SPC and systematically cannot over along period of time steady the operation,It is such the mainestreason that the antijamming capability falls short of .The original ignites coal SPC system thoroughly researching of steady operation to the realization，Being living possess significant applicatio value in the project .The control system to be beaten coal installation may be divided into the leather belt transport aircraft (Consising of shifters fragmentary installation、Except for iron ,Except for timber ,Dust exclusion installation and measure installation )Control、Unload coal installation control、Coal yard machine control and giving distributes coal the dominateeing four sections of system leather belt transport aircraft is living，and the coal measures is beaten together in thermal power plant.The use of PLC can focus on the whole transportation line to a control system,can easily achieve the machine next to the chainsite control,PLC control room in the chain of control, focus on a wide range of control in the transport terminal and power plant control room can be on the transport lines,such as the protection of sensors to monitor effectively.
