本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計CA6140 車床后托架加工工藝及夾具設(shè)計學生姓名: 齊峰學生學號: 080514020510 院 (系): 機械工程學院 年級專業(yè): 機械設(shè)計制造及自動化指導教師: 蘆玉梅二〇一二年六I摘 要機械加工工藝是規(guī)定產(chǎn)品或零件機械加工工藝過程和操作方法,是指導生產(chǎn)的重要的技術(shù)性文件。它直接關(guān)系到產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)率及其加工產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)濟效益,生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的大小、工藝水平的高低以及解決各種工藝問題的方法和手段都要通過機械加工工藝來體現(xiàn),因此工藝規(guī)程的編制的好壞是生產(chǎn)該產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量的重要保證的重要依據(jù)。在編制工藝時須保證其合理性、科學性、完善性。而機床夾具是為了保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量的同時提高生產(chǎn)的效率、改善工人的勞動強度、降低生產(chǎn)成本而在機床上用以裝夾工件的一種裝置,其作用是使工件相對于機床或刀具有個正確的位置,并在加工過程中保持這個位置不變。它們的研究對機械工業(yè)有著很重要的意義,因此在大批量生產(chǎn)中,常采用專用夾具。 關(guān)鍵詞: 工藝規(guī)程;刀具;夾具 II AbstractThe machining process is a regulation products or parts machining process and operation method, is guiding the production of important technical documents.
