上海理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))我國商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展策略摘 要為了順因國際金融業(yè)的發(fā)展潮流,我國的商業(yè)銀行正在加快個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展以應(yīng)對來自外資銀行的挑戰(zhàn)。如今世界上許多的發(fā)達(dá)國家進(jìn)過了長時(shí)間的發(fā)展,對客戶服務(wù)理論,服務(wù)方式以及客戶的管理方面有了深入的研究與探索,因此發(fā)達(dá)國家的個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展蓬勃,盡管國外銀行大多實(shí)行混業(yè)經(jīng)營在監(jiān)管方面還存在不少的漏洞,但是我國目前在個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)方面還處于起跑階段,雖然經(jīng)過近十年的發(fā)展,但是不論從產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量與內(nèi)容還是客戶的服務(wù)與國外的商業(yè)銀行仍然相比還有相當(dāng)大的差距。通過對比,中國商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)存在產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的市場定位不夠明確,人力資源和技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備滯后,缺乏信用分析和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制等問題。通過分析發(fā)達(dá)國家的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),從中得出為我國將來的發(fā)展的其實(shí)與建議。因此為了應(yīng)對國內(nèi)外雙重競爭壓力與客戶不斷增長的需求,我國商業(yè)銀行的個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)迫切需要加快產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新力度,本著以“客戶為重心”的原則,針對不同全體不同類型的人群設(shè)計(jì)不同的產(chǎn)品,加強(qiáng)銀行員工的職業(yè)素質(zhì),提高服務(wù)水平,而且要加快銀行電子網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建設(shè),提供安全高速的網(wǎng)絡(luò)銀行服務(wù)。在完善服務(wù)和產(chǎn)品的同時(shí),還需要改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有的個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)體系,做好整合銀行內(nèi)部資源,優(yōu)化管理結(jié)構(gòu)的工作,加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管提高銀行的競爭能力。關(guān)鍵詞:個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù) 發(fā)展?fàn)顩r 產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新 對策Chinese mercial banks39。 personal financial situation and development strategyAbstractIn order to smooth the development of the international financial industry trend, China39。s mercial banks are accelerating the development of personal financial services to meet the challenges from foreign banks.
