But in today39。s society, the number of the insurance business with the development of society, insurance awareness and rapid increase. As the rapid development of the insurance industry, the establishment of labor and social insurance system perfect bee the present labor departments at all levels in China focus. Labor and social security departments unified management of the traditional labor and social insurance system management can39。t adapt to the new system management mode. Using hightech means of labor and social insurance system management, thus enhance the petitiveness of enterprises must be evolving from the pen and paper records to electronic, establishing a new labor management information system based on puter and scientific management system based on is imminent. This topic is mainly aims at the design of business management system using the insurance pany to achieve this, the first chapter introduces the basic information management system of China39。s insurance pany, to understand that with the development of modern information technology, the rapid increase of insurance business, information management system, accelerate our country insurance pany is very necessary the fundamental purpose of this, is the subject of the study. Then the second chapter introduces the development of relations between China39。s insurance panies and the IT industry, the basic situation of their own design, analysis the feasibility of using this system. And in the master these foundation, the third chapter has carried on the demand analysis, described the overall concept of software functions and performance for a specific software requirements specification, and a software development. To master a variety of prehensive factors, design the system next step, using Delphi 7 as the development tool, bined with SQL Server 2000 database, the development of an insurance business management system based on B/S mode. Finally, through the information management system of the test, the establishment of management staff and customers with two different interface through the landing page jump. This system not only reduces the manpower to maintain data and improve the work efficiency. System to give different users with different function module. So employees do not need in the office can only office, customers can also login interface with the customer name and password. The system goal is to reduce the labor, so that the work efficiency is greatly improved.
