【正文】 學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))有限公司內(nèi)部控制分析院系名稱姓 名學(xué) 號(hào)?！ I(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理指導(dǎo)教師 副教授2有限公司內(nèi)部控制分析摘要：近年來隨著我國社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展以及我國的網(wǎng)絡(luò)普及，使得市場(chǎng)上出現(xiàn)多種多樣的創(chuàng)業(yè)模型，加上國家的政策支持，越來越多的企業(yè)形式誕生，但是同樣各種企業(yè)問題相繼而生，其中最主要的一部分就是企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制。內(nèi)部控制，是一個(gè)企業(yè)在一定環(huán)境下，為了達(dá)到經(jīng)營管理目標(biāo)以及提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營效率和更加充分利用企業(yè)資源，在企業(yè)內(nèi)部實(shí)施的一系列以制約權(quán)利調(diào)節(jié)資源為目的的各種措施、計(jì)劃以及方法。本文的主要目的是研究內(nèi)部控制對(duì)鋁加工企業(yè)尤其是上市鋁加工企業(yè)的影響。本文從文獻(xiàn)理論以及實(shí)際案例兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究。首先，通過文獻(xiàn)綜述及理論基礎(chǔ)了解認(rèn)識(shí)內(nèi)部控制；其次，以有限公司內(nèi)部控制為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制現(xiàn)狀問題提出解決措施，并對(duì)對(duì)我國鋁板企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制提出建議。關(guān)鍵詞：；內(nèi)部控制；問題；措施Abstract:Theenterpriseinternalcontrol,isanenterpriseinordertoachievetheirbusinessobjectivestoensurethesafetyandintegrityofassets,thepremiseoftheaccountinginformation,accurateandreliable,withtheenterpriseforthepurposeofthehealthyoperationofeconomyinordertoensurethatbusinessactivities,efficiencyandeffectivenessintheinternalenterprisebyenterprisemanagementimplementationlevelandotheremployeesbasedoninternalselfdiscipline,selfadjustment,internalcontrolmethodsandmeasuresofselfmainpurposeofthispaperistostudytheimportanceofinternalcontroltothesustainableandstabledevelopmentofaluminumprocessingenterprises.Thispaperdiscussesthetwoaspectsoftheoreticalanalysisandpracticalcaseofall,thispaperintroducesthetheoryofinternalcontrol,introducesthedomesticandforeignresearchprogressandpresentsituationofinternalcontrol。Secondly,thispaperanalyzestheproblemsexistingintheinternalcontrolofHenanMingTaiAluminumCo.,Ltd.,andexpoundsthesolutionsandimprovementmeasures。Atlast,theauthorputsforwardsomesuggestionsandmeasurestoimprovetheinternalcontrolofaluminumplateenterprisesinChina,soastofindouthowtoensurethesustainable,stableandrapiddevelopmentoftheinsuranceenterprisesthroughtheestablishmentofasoundinternalcontrolsystem.Keywords:internalcontrol。Mingtaialuminum。Problem。measure目 錄一、引 言 1二、
