DMP 水解產(chǎn)物的Ｎ MR 和紅外光譜研究 4. 在不同ＰＨ條件下， DMP 水解速率的測(cè)定 發(fā)題日期：09 年 02 月 21 日 完成日期：09 年 05 月 10 日實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)單位：理 化 測(cè) 試 中 心 地點(diǎn)：* *大 學(xué) 4 號(hào) 樓論文頁數(shù)： 16 頁； 圖紙張數(shù)： 無 指 導(dǎo) 教 師 ： *** 教研室主任： 院 長(zhǎng) ： *** 摘要本文以鄰苯二甲酸二甲酯（DMP）為研究對(duì)象，通過 1H NMR和 13C NMR對(duì)增塑劑鄰苯二甲酸二甲酯（DMP）的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析，并對(duì)DMP 的水解產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行 1H NMR譜的表征，同時(shí)將原樣和水解產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行紅外光譜（IR）研究，確定其水解程度和產(chǎn)物。在不同介質(zhì)中的對(duì)DMP進(jìn)行水解實(shí)驗(yàn)，找出了最不利于DMP存在的 PH環(huán)境。結(jié)果表明：NMR和紅外光譜技術(shù)可準(zhǔn)確的分析出樣品的結(jié)構(gòu)和反應(yīng)生成產(chǎn)物的類別，采用對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)法可很好的確定反應(yīng)程度的差異。此外DMP 在水解溫度為 60℃時(shí)，水解劑為NaOH的條件下水解程度最大。關(guān)鍵詞：鄰苯二甲酸二甲酯（DMP） ；水解；NMR；紅外光譜（IR）ABSTRACTIn this paper, dimethyl phthalate (DMP) for the study,through 1H NMR and 13C NMR of dimethyl phthalate plasticizers (DMP) to analyze the structure of, Hydrolysis of DMP and product characterization of 1H NMR spectrum, At the same time as hydrolysis products and Infrared Spectroscopy (IR) study to determine the extent and products of its hydrolysis. In different media in the hydrolysis of DMP to carry out experiments to identify the most detrimental to the existence of PH environment DMP. The results showed that: NMR and infrared spectroscopy can accurately analyze the sample structure and the type of reaction product, the use of contrast may be a good test to determine differences in the degree of reaction.
