【正文】 關于企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化問題的探討I本科畢業(yè)論文關于企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化問題的探討摘　　要資本結(jié)構(gòu)是企業(yè)理財?shù)年P鍵環(huán)節(jié)，也是公司治理的關鍵。資本結(jié)構(gòu)是否合理將會直接影響到企業(yè)目前和將來的發(fā)展狀況，甚至會影響到企業(yè)的生死存亡。隨著我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的建立，企業(yè)的籌資渠道和籌資方式日趨多元化，資本結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化已成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)籌資決策中的核心問題。本文在充分研究國內(nèi)外資本結(jié)構(gòu)文獻的基礎上，介紹了資本結(jié)構(gòu)的相關概念及資本結(jié)構(gòu)理論的發(fā)展史。從理論上分析企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)的目標、影響因素及定量決策分析方法。最后提出我國企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題，并根據(jù)研究結(jié)果提出優(yōu)化我國企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)的對策和建議。關鍵詞 資本結(jié)構(gòu)/優(yōu)化/資本成本比較法/每股利潤分析法關于企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化問題的探討II Study on the problem of optimization ofcapital structureABSTRACTCapital structure is the key to corporate finance and corporate governance.
