五下Unit4教案 上課日期: 月 日 主備人Unit 4 Seeing the doctor一、教時(shí):第1課時(shí)(Period 1 ) Story time二、教學(xué)目標(biāo):1. 能聽(tīng)得懂會(huì)讀會(huì)說(shuō)單詞see the doctor, check, take medicine, drink water, dentist, brush teeth.2. 能聽(tīng)得懂,會(huì)讀會(huì)說(shuō)會(huì)寫(xiě)單詞feel, should, have a rest, toothache ,anything3. 能聽(tīng)得懂會(huì)讀會(huì)說(shuō)會(huì)寫(xiě)句型What’s wrong with you? I have a ... You should/shouldn’t ...。三、教學(xué)重難點(diǎn):重點(diǎn):表示建議和情態(tài)動(dòng)詞should的用法及有關(guān)詢(xún)問(wèn)和描述病情的用語(yǔ)。難點(diǎn):情態(tài)動(dòng)詞的用法。四、學(xué)情分析與教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備:提前讓學(xué)生預(yù)習(xí)課文,并嘗試完成書(shū)38頁(yè)的練習(xí)。五、教學(xué)過(guò)程:Step1 Free talk和學(xué)生進(jìn)行日常交流Step2 Leadin1. 歌謠熱身,引出話題教師和學(xué)生一起誦讀歌謠Doctor WU。2. 猜詞游戲,復(fù)習(xí)詞匯用句型Are you ...?、Do you have a ...?來(lái)復(fù)習(xí)關(guān)于感覺(jué)類(lèi)和疾病類(lèi)的單詞。Step3 Revision1. 利用簡(jiǎn)筆畫(huà),教授新詞教師用簡(jiǎn)筆畫(huà)呈示人體的主要結(jié)構(gòu),復(fù)習(xí)四上五官類(lèi)單詞和五上人體部位詞匯,然后教授新詞匯toothache,brush teeth,dentist,同時(shí)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生觀察這兩個(gè)詞的構(gòu)成。2. 做做說(shuō)說(shuō),教授新詞3. 問(wèn)答活動(dòng),操練目標(biāo)詞匯教師根據(jù)課文內(nèi)容,設(shè)置一些問(wèn)題,讓學(xué)生回答Do you brush teeth every day?Do you like sweets?Do you often have a toothache?Are you afraid of doctors ,or dentists ?Why?Do you drink a lot of water when you have a fever?...4. 歸納問(wèn)題答案,教授should/shouldn’t教師在黑板上歸納活動(dòng)3中的答案,并標(biāo)注哪些行為是正確的,哪些行為時(shí)不可取的Right things Wrong thingsHave a rest drink colaDrink water eat a lot of sweets... ...5. 看
