生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的多目標(biāo)分析與優(yōu)化(已修改)

【正文】 I / 77摘 要隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,我國(guó)成為全球制造中心的趨勢(shì)將越來(lái)越明顯,但作為一個(gè)“勞動(dòng)密集型”為主的國(guó)家,我國(guó)人均勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率和產(chǎn)品合格率與國(guó)外相比存在著較大的差距。本文正是在這種背景下,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)工程、基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)工程、人因工程、運(yùn)籌學(xué)等學(xué)科的理論和方法展開研究的。本文以天津耀華機(jī)械廠生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,首先,利用系統(tǒng)工程的的方法對(duì)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)中生產(chǎn)效率、作業(yè)環(huán)境、成本、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、安全多個(gè)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果建立影響生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)效率因素的結(jié)構(gòu)模型圖。其次,對(duì)影響生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)因素運(yùn)用層次分析法,對(duì)各因素進(jìn)行排序,找出主要問(wèn)題因素。最后,運(yùn)用工業(yè)工程和人因工程學(xué)中的方法(如方法研究)對(duì)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改善,得出改善結(jié)果,并進(jìn)行改善后的評(píng)價(jià),得到一個(gè)最優(yōu)、滿意、高效的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)。關(guān)鍵詞:生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng);多目標(biāo);系統(tǒng)工程;層次分析法;方法研究II / 77AbstractWith the adjustment of industrial structure, China has bee the world39。s manufacturing center of the trend will bee increasingly evident, but as a laborintensive based country, China39。s per capita labor productivity and product qualification rate pared with other countries there are large gap. This article is in this context that bines systems engineering, basic industrial engineering, human factors engineering, operations research and other disciplines, theories and methods for Research.In this paper, Tianjin Yaohua machinery factory production system as the research object, first of all, the use of systems engineering approach to production efficiency production system, operating environment, cost, product quality, safety analysis of multiple targets, according to the results of the analysis to establish affecting production systems efficiency factor structural model diagram. Secondly, the factors affecting the production system using AHP to sort the various factors to identify key issues factor. Finally, the use of industrial engineering and human factors engineering methods in (such as a method of) the improvement of the production system, to improve the results obtained, and make
