摘 要 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 ( 論文 ) 設(shè)計(論文)題目: 巷道堆垛式立體車庫模型的總體設(shè)計 摘 要 摘 要 立體車庫是專門實現(xiàn)各種車輛的自動停放及科學(xué)寄存的倉儲設(shè)施。隨著城市汽車保有量的不斷增加,停車難問題已經(jīng)成為大中型城市的一個普遍現(xiàn)象。機械式立體車庫可充分利用土地資源,發(fā)揮空間優(yōu)勢,最大限度地停放車輛,成為解決城市靜態(tài)交通問題的重要途徑。本課題以較為典型的 巷道堆垛式 立體車庫為研究對象,綜合考慮立體車庫的制造成本和運 行效率的雙重因素 來實現(xiàn)立體車庫的設(shè)計與運行 。 本文在對國內(nèi)外車庫現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢做了充分 調(diào)查 的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇三層三列式車庫結(jié)構(gòu)為研究模型。堆垛式立體車庫就其組成部分而言,可分為三大部分:車庫結(jié)構(gòu)部分,傳動機結(jié)構(gòu)部分和控制系統(tǒng)部分。本文簡單介紹了車庫的主體結(jié)構(gòu)和特點,對車庫的控制系統(tǒng)也做了簡單的說明,依據(jù)堆垛式立體車庫的運 行原理,運用力學(xué)理論對堆垛式立體車庫的結(jié)構(gòu)進行了全面的力學(xué)分析,其中 包括堆垛式立體車庫的框架結(jié)構(gòu)的強度、橫移傳動系統(tǒng)中軸的強度和升降傳動系統(tǒng)中軸的強度等。在堆垛式立體車庫控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計中,采用了 先進的 PLC 控制 器 ,運用歐姆龍公司的編程軟件編制堆垛式立體車庫控制系統(tǒng)的程序,并經(jīng)調(diào)試、運行,證明采用可編程序控制器 PLC 作為控制系統(tǒng)簡單易行。其穩(wěn)定、可靠、快捷、性價比高的特點使得控制系統(tǒng)非常完美。為了使停車設(shè)備滿足使用要求,根據(jù)國家關(guān)于機械式停車設(shè)備通用安全要求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 以及巷道 堆垛式立體車庫的實際 應(yīng)用 ,在堆垛式立體車庫 設(shè)計 中使用了一些必要的安全技術(shù),這樣保證 了 車輛的絕對安全,使得整個車庫可以安全平穩(wěn)的運行。 關(guān)鍵詞 :立體車庫,控制系統(tǒng),可編程控制器,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)ABSTRACT Abstract Stereo garage is the storage which is used for automatic parking and scientific storage of kinds of automobile. As the quantity of urban automobile has increased continuously in nowadays, the hardtopark has bee a mon phenomenon. Mechanical stereo garage can use land resource sufficiently and bring space advantage into play, and maximize the number of parking cars. It has bee an important way for static traffic problem of cities. The issue studies the type mechanical parking system which named updown and translation stereo garage, and regards of the two factors of manufacture and operational efficiency synthetically. On the basis of investigation on current situation and developing trend of garage in domestic and abroad, we choose threelayer and threeformulistic garage structure as the research model. According to the form of the draggingforms of multi player updown and translation earbase, it is made of three parts: part of earbase structure、 part of drivingframework and part of control system. The paper simply introduces main structure and characteristics of garage and also gives a short introduction to its control system. Including intension of the framework structure and axes, etc. the paper adopted PLC as control system in designing the updown and translation stereo garage, PLC software of OMRON pany was used to weave the program of control system, through debugging running the proved that adopted PLC as control system is simple and easy to realize. The characteristic of stabilization, credibility, speediness and high capability made the control system very perfection. In order to satisfy using demand in design stereo garage, according to criterion of mechanical parking systemgeneral safety requirement and the facts of the updown and translation stereo garage. This can ensure absolute safety for car and make the whole stereo garage safety and running smooth.
