礦泉水飲料瓶蓋注射模具及成型零件加工工藝設(shè)計(jì)[摘要] 本設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)給定的材料為PP小尺寸,一般精度的礦泉水飲料瓶蓋塑件進(jìn)行模具設(shè)計(jì)。在綜合研究了經(jīng)濟(jì)性、零件的成型工藝以及復(fù)雜性等諸多因素的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行成型與工藝的分析與計(jì)算。文中還對(duì)注塑模具成型零件和其他相關(guān)零件的選擇原則及選擇方法進(jìn)行了說明。期間借鑒了與塑料模具有關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)再加上翻閱各種指導(dǎo)書籍,并通過大量的計(jì)算以確定模具的結(jié)構(gòu)和尺寸,還在指導(dǎo)老師的悉心關(guān)懷和耐心指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行多次的反復(fù)修改,最終畫出了裝配圖和零件圖。最終確定礦泉水飲料瓶蓋塑件的設(shè)計(jì)方案,主要包其注塑模的設(shè)計(jì)的過程、以及注塑模主要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)過程等。 [關(guān)鍵詞]注塑模具設(shè)計(jì);模具結(jié)構(gòu);塑料瓶蓋AbstractThis design is for a given material for PP small size, the general accuracy of the charger shell plastic parts for mold design.
