【正文】 某院護理人員職稱晉升影響因素的調(diào)查及對策周敬花 （成都大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院 護理部 四川 成都 610081） [摘要]：目的：通過對84名未晉升職稱的護理人員的調(diào)查，找出影響護理人員職稱晉升的因素。方法：采用自行設(shè)計問卷方式，對應(yīng)該晉升上一級職稱而未晉升的護理人員進行調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果：% ，其次依次文章質(zhì)量、學(xué)歷層次等因素。結(jié)論：針對護士晉升存在的影響因素，根據(jù)護理人員的需求，制定措施，保證護士能順利晉升職稱，使護理隊伍職稱結(jié)構(gòu)更加趨于合理?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】：護理人員； 職稱晉升； 影響因素；對策Investigation on influencing factors of nursing staff in a hospital job title promotions and countermeasuresZhou Jinghua（The Second Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College Nursing Department Sichuan 610081）【Abstract】Objectives: in order to find out the influence factors of the nursing staff position promotion, through investigating 84 nurses who have not promoted staff position.
