工程項目風(fēng)險評估東北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 學(xué)號:142022005353004工程項目風(fēng)險評估Engineering project risk assessment學(xué)生姓名:王孝霞指導(dǎo)老師:xxx所在院系:網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)院所學(xué)專業(yè):土木工程研究方向: 東 北 農(nóng) 業(yè) 大 學(xué)中國哈爾濱2016年7月IV摘 要隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)步伐的不斷加快,新建工程項目數(shù)量迅速增加,規(guī)模日趨龐大,導(dǎo)致投資增加,建設(shè)周期加長,工程項目實施失控的危害日趨嚴(yán)重,如果不加防范,很可能會影響工程建設(shè)的順利進行,甚至釀成嚴(yán)重后果。鑒于此,對工程項目進行風(fēng)險評估顯得尤為重要。項目風(fēng)險是每一個工程項目都可能會遇到的,需要提前做好應(yīng)對。但目前我國在工程項目風(fēng)險評估方面尚處于起步階段,對風(fēng)險分析技術(shù)和風(fēng)險應(yīng)對的研究也還不成熟,本文在介紹風(fēng)險識別的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了評估工程項目風(fēng)險的含義,以研究風(fēng)險識別方法與風(fēng)險評估方法為主要內(nèi)容,對工程項目風(fēng)險對策進行了初步研究,提出了緩解風(fēng)險、轉(zhuǎn)移風(fēng)險、風(fēng)險自留、風(fēng)險回避和風(fēng)險監(jiān)控五種應(yīng)對風(fēng)險的有效對策。力圖提升工程項目風(fēng)險管理的實際水平,因此研究工程項目風(fēng)險評估對推動我國工程項目管理事業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要的意義。關(guān)鍵詞:工程項目、風(fēng)險識別、風(fēng)險評估、風(fēng)險對策AbstractAlong with our country national economy and accelerating the pace of modernization, the new project number increase rapidly, increasingly large scale, increase investment, construction period lengthen, the harm of project implementation is out of control has bee increasingly serious, if not prevent, is likely to be influenced troublefree operation of engineering construction, and even have serious consequences. In view of this, the project risk assessment is particularly important. Project risk is every project, you might encounter in advance to cope with. But at present our country in the aspect of engineering project risk assessment is still in its infancy, research on risk analysis and risk response is still not mature, in this paper, based on introducing the risk identification, this paper expounds the meanings of the engineering project risk assessment, risk identification method to research and risk evaluation methods as the main content, the engineering project risk countermeasure has carried on the preliminary study, puts forward the risk mitigation, risk transfer, risk retention, risk avoidance and risk monitoring five kinds of effective countermeasures against risks.
